After dealing with so many headache carriers its nice to know that there are still companies like this that exist and will deliver when they say they will. Trucking companies are a dime a dozen these days, and the most upsetting part is when deliveries go wrong and not delivered as promised. This is an upstanding company, they work very hard on offering great customer service and are transparent. Thank you for doing a great good job for us!

Reliable service in the US East. Derrick in dispatch is indispensable. Great communication and most importantly honest. If something happens, he will give it to you straight and show up with a plan. Will use these guys again and again.

Truck # 3189 with trailer 1135 driving maybe 105 km on a 110km zone between St. Catherine's to Hamilton. To bad he was in the middle lane ALL the time. So much for slower traffic in the right lane....or doesn't this driver follow the law... or know how to safely change lanes. What other laws does he break while hauling freight. I hope the company sees this and reviews its safety policy with their drivers

I ship alot LTL using Ontario New England Express and have always had a great experience with the.. Obviously there will be the odd time that situations a driver cannot control will impact delivery times, but that happens in the industry. Our product is always treated well, and delivered on time. Drivers are great to deal with and professional.
Rates are par for the course for what we ask, never above market enough that we turn away from them.
Will continue to source them for our shipping needs and recommend to anyone needing LTL or FTL loads into the states.

It's a cross-border transportation LTL company with around 5 delivery stops in NY to Maine in the east and down to Maryland. Their pay package isn't that impressive with the drivers' duties and responsibilities... I say there are other better options.

Typical trucking outfit. Promise you the world ti get you to work there after your out of town it starts. ( oh sorry cant find a load youll have to sit there for 24 to 36 hours and see what we can find.) Suggest dont go here to big of a turn around and nothing but lyes. You want an excellent company and family friendly go to F.G.M in Bolton and talk to Gord.
