Our camper van wouldn’t start one morning in Claresholm AB, many of the mechanics in town were too busy to take a look. Ty had time to help us and was even willing to come to us to diagnose (we were hours waiting for a tow). He quickly got our camper running again so we could get back on the road. Had my car fail on the highway just outside of town. Had to stay overnight waiting for the shop to open on Monday. They took me in as soon as they opened, diagnosed my car within a half hour but couldn't fix it due to proprietary Chevy tools needed :/
NOT their fault. But because the didn't fix the issue they didn't charge me at all for the diagnostic. They directed me down to the dealership in town - which has terrible customer service.
I would 1000% recommend these guys for their kindness and customer service. Thank you so much for your help guys.

electrical is complicated and challenging but the technician James and the owner are equally awesome in customer service. when my car needed to be rechecked, both responded well to help me in my concern, without stressing me out in an already difficult situation i've had with my (more than 10 year old) vehicle. thanks for you guys help.

These guys are absolutely fantastic!!
I had my engine give out while going through town, they got my car on a hoist, diagnosed it correctly, and didn't even charge me once they told me I need a new engine!! If you have car trouble and need somewhere to go in Claresholm then check these guys out!!
