Really poor delivery and customer service. Never trust their delivery system!! They delivered and dropped package outside our home, without notifying us. And Box was already opened and empty, with no iPhone 16 Pro inside. Driver never even tried to contact us or ring bell when he dropped the package off by our door.

When we dropped by their office to complaint about our missing phone, they were not cooperative at all and tried to defend their drivers. I hope apple cancel their contract and switch to another reliable courier service.

Tried multiple times throughout the day to try and contact someone at there office. Had a package expected on the 20th of January was told it arrived at there warehouse on the 17th. It is now the 27th and well past the delivery date. No contact from anyone and no updates. What kind of service is this?

Went to see the girls today about a UPS package and they were so very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely better than calling the UPS 1800 number (which leads you no where). The front desk girl went above and beyond and i am so grateful for her. Happy I was able to actually get some amazing customer service.

Everyone seems to whin about the hours.... it's an office like most in this town that run on normal hours not Oilfield hours.
And UPS I dislike. They have ridiculous policies and the call centers don't know anything. But that us UPS not this company they also have to follow UPS policies.

My experience there was amazing. A lot of help locating my UPS package and being able to make arrangements to pick it up the follow day during their hours.

Totally unreliable service. Had a really bad experience with iphone 16 pro been stolen from the box while it is delivered and when get to the door, the shipping box was opened and iPhone box was gone. I suspect they sell Customer phones on marketplace themselves and leave customers with empty boxes. Totally Crooks....!!!!! Never Trust Them.

They said it would be overnight and it was. I had a few parcels and both had different destinations. They said it would be overnight and i was shocked when the receiving end said they received it and in very good contition. Highly recommend.

Worst company ever. Actually lied about an attempted delivery took the item to their office. Can’t get a hold of them for days. Office is closed on weekends. Never ever use UPS or these losers.

Since some of my parcels have been coming via UPS, I have not had any issues 🙂 The ladies that work for One Transport Group in the office, seem organized when it comes to looking for parcels in the back warehouse.

Also have had a few parcels shipped through their Overnight Expedite and Black Dog Group divisions and have received nothing but amazing customer service! The delivery drivers always seems to be in a happy mood.

i had some packages come through UPS via one transport group. the ladies in the office were super helpful and organized when it came to tracking my package and ensuring it would arrive on time. the driver was courteous and friendly as well!
i would 100% recommend this company
