Should not be allowed to operate any further. Enterprise moving company is absolutely the worst company, Never, ever trust them. they ripped apart and broke my stuff. I received my table without legs, my leather recliner couches with out their back of couch. No body is responsive. they hang on the phone on me. Should not be allowed to operate any further. Worst people I've ever met their serviced.

Very poor experience. I booked this company 3 weeks ahead of my cross Canada move. 4 days prior to the move date itself - they emailed me saying move has been postponed from Saturday to Monday (and i was flying out and completely moving out of Sunday, so I physically would not be present on Monday). In response to my frustration they said that 4 days notice is considered to be more than enough and they do not have any other alternatives and that I should cancel my plane tickets (of course they will not be covering any costs of that). I decided to cancel my booking with them and i had to search for new moving company 4 days before my move - and I was lucky enough to find it! Anyway - 5 minutes after i found new company and paid deposit - Provincial movers called me and said that they found truck to pick my stuff up on Saturday as was agreed before. Of course I have not agreed - i wanted my deposit back. Now, i must say - it took them 2 weeks and my multiple phone calls and hours on hold before i finally got e-transfer with my deposit back.
Service is not there, they are not following through with their commitments, they are putting their clients through much stress prior to actually checking all possible options. Do not do business with this company.

One star is too high for them, I only put 1 because I had to. This is the worst company I EVER had to work with. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USED PROVINCIAL MOVERS unless you want to have headaches. They lied, break contracts over charged you and are very, very rude. I do not know how they are still in business. They picked up my things on August 11 to be delivered on August 15 and I got them on September 23. I took 2 additional days off, August 15 and September 22 because they told me they will be delivering my things and did not show up. They only delivered after I logged a complaint on 'Better Business Bureau' in Ontario. There is actually 30 other complains about them. They overcharged me too. They told me my stuff weighed 900 lbs when I know for sure that my stuff does not even weigh 400 lbs. They did not cover my furniture and a chair that was just reupholstered was all stained up. I had some of my dishes broken too. They were so rude and never answered your call and never called to say they are not coming or your stuff is going to be delayed. ALL the conversation I had with them I initiated. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW WE CAN LOBBY TO GET THIS COMPANY TO BE SHUT DOWN SO NO ONE ELSE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE?

Criminals! - Do not hire!!!! Beware!!!
They promised delivery in 10 days from Ontario to Saskatchewan and when they didn't deliver repeatedly lied to me that my stuff was in transit but delayed. Eventually I caught them in the lie and they admitted that it wasn't worth their effort to take it to Saskatchewan and it was still in their warehouse and if I wanted it back I'd have to hire another company. So I did. When the second company went to collect my stuff Provincial Movers essentially extorted an additional 400$ out of me to release my things (after I had paid in full) or they would "throw it in the dumpster out back". I paid, crying. I should have pressed charges but I was just happy to have my stuff rescued. Eventually I got everything 2 1/2 months after original pick up. Oh and stuff was broken. Worst experience. Zero stars.

WATCH OUT/DO NOT HIRE:
NEXUS EXPRESS MOVING / PROVINCIAL MOVERS
RYDER TRANSPORT & MOVING COMPANY
As some of you know, we had a HORRENDOUS time with the moving company getting to Toronto. Here's our story:
First, we hired RYDER MOVING COMPANY to pick up our stuff from our self-moving truck that had broken down & been towed to a tow yard in Kamloops. They confirmed & took our deposit. For 3 weeks, the moving company kept missing the pick up date that we prearranged with the tow yard & kept rescheduling. They kept telling me they would pick it up in 4 days, over & over again. When they missed the pick up, they wouldn't call me - I would find out from the tow yard that they didn't show & I was having to call them. They guy I was dealing with at first was very helpful when I booked, but the following times I called, he was very "spaced-out" & seemed out of the phone conversation. I finally told him that I was going to hire a different company to pick our stuff up & he told me he would refund our deposit. Week after week I called for the deposit refund, but it never came through even though he assured me he has passed it on to the "accounts" department. I finally had to open a case with visa to get the refund.
Then, we hired NEXUS EXPRESS who also go by the name PROVINCIAL MOVERS we later found out. Again, the pick up kept on getting pushed, & they continually didn't show up on the pick up date. Finally they showed up on a weekend outside of the hours of the tow company, & called my cell phone instead of the lady at the tow yard that was handling the transfer (we were in Toronto already by this time). I scrambled calling people & finally got our stuff picked up. The moving company was 2 weeks late transferring our goods to Toronto (we were living off of bare supplies at that time). Then, our stuff made it to their warehouse & I was billed. It was way more than I had been originally quoted. I questioned the weight they quoted me & received an extremely rude response. I just asked that our goods be reweighed with me present, & they agreed, but insisted that if I was wrong & the weight was correct, that I pay for the scale fee. I drove out there & we did the reweigh. I was right - they had overcharged me by 300lbs! So he corrected the bill & I had to sign out our goods before they delivered it & I could even see our things. They had an "inventory" but it was just a list of box #'s that they had written down. I paid & they delivered our things. We had 1 week to submit a claim. All of our furniture was damaged when we received it. There was a long gash in our kitchen table, our entertainment unit was scratched badly, & our brand new bed that was wrapped in plastic was even cut. Additionally, all of the alcohol that we had left over from the wedding was missing, our toolbox with all of our power tools was missing, & we later discovered that a down-filled jacket was missing, along with a very expensive diamond necklace & earrings (that was a family heirloom) was missing. The jewelry was buried at the back of the truck packed away so I couldn't take it with me when the truck broke down, but it was packed in a box, so I didn't expect any of the boxes to be rummaged through. Since delivery, I had submitted a claim, which, of course, after months of me hounding them, "was denied by their insurance company". The operator of Nexus Express even advised me to sue the company. However, we did not take pictures of all of the contents inside the boxes before we left, so we cannot prove those things that are missing were in the boxes in the first place.
Im writing this because I don't want this experience to happen to anyone else!
Please save yourself some trouble & avoid hiring RYDER MOVING COMPANY, NEXUS EXPRESS MOVING or PROVINCIAL MOVERS.

This company is a complete Joke They picked up my belongings July 29 2016 and I never got my belongings until Oct 11 2016. There were multiple dates given both in writing and verbal and none of them were ever correct. It took a total of 75 days from the date of pick to get my stuff from Halifax to Calgary. They customer service is basically non existent. James Daniels and Patrick Hartman are nothing but lying crooks. I was given a total of 5 different delivery dates via email and multiple ones verbally on the phone. These 2 will yell at you on the phone and hang up when you say things they don't want to hear or have questions they don't want to answer and these are the people who are managing your move. They sub contracted the pick up and the final delivery. When my stuff finally arrived after 75 days my dresser which was less then 1 year old was completely smashed and they are trying to say that it was shipped that way, I have multiple dishes that arrived broken. The boxes were damaged and they were all brand new when they were picked up and you could tell just from the shape of the boxes that everything was handled ruff. When they showed up to do the delivery the never brought my couch, mirrors and ironing board. As per part of there contract they are suppose to give you an inventory list the date of pick up. After multiple emails I had to get a lawyer to call them just to get this document. and when it came there were items missing because they didn't make the list until the items arrived in Ontario. I have put a claim in with there insurance and now they are trying to say that there is a deductible on it of 350 $ and that they will only pay for 60 cents on the pound. these guys are a complete joke. If you look them up at the better business bureau they have over 20 complaints listed with them (many of which are still unresolved. At the end of the day James and Patrick have told me to take them to court if I don't like and I am so done with dealing with these people that I will see them in small claims court... Please beware and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS AND RIP YOU OFF.
PLEASE BE VERY WARY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THERE ARE TERRIBLE AND HONESTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER RELATIONS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Lied through their teeth! Asked me to move my pick up date to midnight the night before original pick up. NO SHOWED! I have two kids under 2 and was moving internationally! The guys that showed up the following day around 2pm worked hard and were nice. I was told I could pay half at pick up and the other half at delivery. I was also told it would take 2-3 days to get my belongings. 3 days later provincial movers calls me and told me I couldn't have my things until I paid everything. They would not send me proof of the weight yet charged almost $2000 more than they quoted. They hung up on me multiple times and blew up on me for no reason. No compensation for anything. They told me I must not want my stuff then and hung up on me And wouldn't talk to me until I paid. Almost 3 weeks later I finally got my things. After no showing 3 times. The truck showed up at 1130pm. Again I was promised daytime delivery due to my two children's sleeping schedules. They had to unload everything into my garage. Many items where scratched (kind of expected some things damaged so wasn't surprised.). They broke my king poster bed frame. Scratched up my deep freezer, scratched up the side of my dresser, child's crib, and both my IKEA cube book shelves. To top it off....they completely broke off the entire length of my antique coffee table and HID IT! They SCREWED brackets under it and reattached it to the table top(damaging it further!). Upon deliver they hid it upside down and on top of boxes so I couldn't see it was broken. I took pictures and sent them to the company(only of the bed and coffee table.) NO RESPONSE! No compensation. Nothing. I would not have given them a single star if i didn't have to. If you want your things..... don't move with provincial movers. I made it very clear to them that I was moving internationally with two kids under two and without my husband(waiting for his visa.) It was a very hard, emotional time for our family and this treatment from provincial really was hard. My kids and I had to sleep on the floor and they had no toys and only enough clothes and diapers that I could fit in my car. Thanks for all reassurance you gave me just to get my business. Honesty really would have been appreciated through out this process.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
Provincial Movers are terribly unprofessional, offer horrible customer service and moving services. Patrick Hartman is an aggressive, rude, arrogant and ungracious manager and will not help you during your move. This company falsely advertises their services, as they take longer times to move your belongings than advertised, do not make it "stress free", "a solid experience" and the people certainly DO NOT come first. It is impossible that the reviews on their website are by real customers.
This company took 34 days to move a one bedroom apartment from Toronto to Grande Prairie Alberta when their original quote was 7-10 days. Each week we would call and Patrick would say it would be only a few days.
We asked for a quote for a 2 bedroom apartment, although we only had a one bedroom so the quote would be high. After the shipment was "weighed" it was DOUBLE what they quoted - although logically it should've been half of the quote. We asked for a reweigh. When our belongings finally arrived there was no weight ticket. We asked Patrick for both the original and re weigh tickets and he refused to give them to us and told us not to call their company back.
They also lost our mattress and refused to compensate or look for it. Furthermore, they were 5.5 hours late on the pick up date and held no sentiment for their unprofessionalism and how their lack of punctuality would affect us.
Please save yourself the trouble and do not hire this company!
