I rented a party bus for 22 people for my hubby's 40th birthday bash. I dealt with Tom through the entire booking process, and he was fantastic! Amanda was our bus driver, and she knocked it out of the park!! The service was great, and I'll absolutely be using them again in the future!! Highly recommend!

I recently booked a limo for my husband’s 30th birthday and had an amazing experience. We had Phil as our driver and he was wonderful from start to finish. Limo was beautiful and in great condition, and AC worked great. He even had a huge JBL speaker with karaoke and a microphone for us to use. It was an absolute hit with everyone and they’re still talking about it a week later!
If you’re looking to book a limo Phil is the guy! We will definitely be asking for him again!

We rented a limo for my daughters 19th birthday to Missisauga with our driver Phil. He showed up right on time for pick up and drop off. He put up with our loud music there and back. He must have gotten annoyed but never showed it. During each stop we took, he was professional and got out to open the door. He was hilarious as ever. I will for sure be calling Phil back for my next trip, thank you again!

Tom was great. He rearranged scheduled to accommodate my daughter's prom. The driver Cindy was fantastic and my daughter and friends were so blessed to have her as her driver. Highly recommend them for events.

I originally went through dorchester limo to rent a 30 person limo with a washroom. Their limo was apparently in an accident so they sent our booking to Ontario Luxury Limousine. We had 28 people in this limo and it was so crowded people had to sit on coolers. Then there was no A/C and no possible way to open windows. We were melting as it was 35 degrees outside. The washroom also had no running water to drain the toilet. Then we were offered two separate limos. The one I was on still had poor AC and four of us felt sick due to the heat. None of the limos had washrooms so we had to make several stops and between the switch over and the breaks and traffic we got to our ball game during the 5th inning. The whole point of the trip was to spend my husbands 40th birthday together with friends. He was on the other limo so I barely saw him. When I wrote to complain the owner called me back and proceeded to yell at me telling me he went above and beyond. He also tried to claim there were 32 people on the limo and apparently the AC belt broke. He had an excuse for everything. At least the one replacement limo has AC but its a gamble riding with them.

Best Limo service around. Tom and Phil go above and beyond to make you feel special they are very professional, always on time . I have used them twice to take a group of us to Budweiser Gardens , we have made changes with an extra pick up or an extra drop off they have always accommodated our requests. Thank for everything you guys do see you in May for our trip to the airport.

Tom was absolutely wonderful to work with! We used him to drive us in a limo for a bachelorette party and he was friendly, professional and so very patient! We had to make a few changes to venue and time and each request I sent him he was absolutely fine with. I felt so bad about the changes that we had to make but he never once made me feel bad about anything! He arrived early and did an excellent job maneuvering around - even with the loud music our group was blasting he was totally unphased. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and we highly recommend Tom! Thank you so much for a great night out!!

Just used Ontario Luxury Limousine London to take 16 people to Queens park in Toronto, Tom provided us with a lovely bus, which was clean and comfortable. The driver was well dressed, courteous and helpful. Will use this company again.
