We booked a limo for my sisters bachelorette. The limo driver was on time and very nice, however, the company apparently didn't let him know we tipped him even though it was included in the initial payment. We all had to take out money to tip him (as mentioned we already paid a tip) and it put a bit of a damper on the special day...
I called and spoke to someone who said they would call back, still no call and now no answer. If you go with this company, tip in person... Company seems scammy...
Will change review if they return my call and fix the issue.

We rented a limo for a special night out. The controls didn’t work properly. They did at first we would go over a bump and the radio would turn off and on. Later on in our 2 hour trip. The power went completely off, radio, heat, lights. We were left driving in complete darkness with no heat. We stopped to drop off someone from our group. Driver said sorry just hit the ceiling it should come back on.. he did fix it for about 10 seconds. Soon as we started driving, all power went off again. And our group was left sitting there in total darkness with no heat. Horrible experience and they charged us full price.
