Natalia Poapst is an operations manager at OPIH and is insanely unprofessional and rude to the staff at the clinics she’s contracted to manage short term. Natalia calls employees toxic and dysfunctional. Offers no solutions to issues. Just yells over people. Is rarely accessible. Takes up to a month to answer emails unless you tell the office owner, then she actually does her job. Natalia routinely lies. She fudges documents and does not care about the fall out from that for the clinic. Avoid hiring her at all costs as she will turn your clinic into a joke in the community!
