Im trying to be honest with y’all & based on my experience, this is the best moving company in all over toronto or perhaps ontario.The On-Time mover’s staff are highly professtional & trained.They are not only good, fast, honest & expert at their work but also are extremely nice & friendly people to talk to. I have enjoyed my every moment & conversation with these guys.
My moving was done so smoothly & by the time i opened my eyes it was finished & i couldnt believe it myself. These guys are trustworthy & they will do their 100% not to break the client’s trust & agreement. I wil probably acquire their services again when’ll need them in future until then take care , have a great day & blessings upon everyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! This is the worst experience I have had with movers ever and I have moved quite a bit. They loaded the first truck fairly quickly, 2 hours, that was it for good things I can say. They didn’t wrap my white couch, it’s destroyed. They didn’t set up the beds correctly as they found them. One is a very heavy adjustable and they didn’t plug it in. I now have to hire someone to move it and set it up properly. They damaged several walls of a just renovated home by not being careful. While I was paying them by the hour one of the guys was left at my home, he set up one bed and then sat outside of my house wrapped in a moving blanket to stay warm instead of doing his job. When asked to have him help set up the other bed and my wife asked him to help get some boxes out of her car he refused on both accounts. The other 2 guys left for almost 3 hours to go 5 minutes away and pick up 4 items that were left behind , clearly running up my bill as I was not there to make sure they were moving at a normal pace. I spoke with the owner , he told me he would look in to it after I sent him a number of photos and he is just ignoring me at this point. I will have to take them to small claims court to get back the damages and speak with my attorney to see if I have any recourse on them being dishonest, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I did speak with you last week and told you all of this. After I sent you photos and explained everything you said you would call me back after speaking with your team lead, that was over a week again and nothing. Your response is clearly just an attempt to make it appear that you stand behind your work which your actions prove otherwise.

On Time Movers was a great choice for first time moving. Amir was very reassuring from the beginning to the end, even the movers were great. The price was great and affordable.
