The products is very bad. The lowest level of service, the worst management in earth, they will never do the deal the way you request them to do it. Then they will start calling for payment with using bad language. ?

I hired this company under false pretense, they sent a card stating they’d be at my property “next week” for my next treatment… we just moved recently. Called to inquire and the owner made up a whole story acting as if the old owners used them, they did not. Referenced the old owners by name, mentioned they were last here August and when I asked how long they've been servicing the property, he said 3 years. All was a lie.
They came and did a terrible job. When we called to rectify the situation we were met with insanely hostile behavior. After experiencing the abuse I asked for a refund as I had paid for the whole season upfront. The supposed owner called repeatedly THREATENING US to come to our home and we’d be sorry etc etc. Saying he knows where we work and what we do, basically threatening both my family and our livelihood. I have multiple videos of this man stating we don’t know who he is and we’ll be “kissing his shoes” when he’s done with us (exact words). The threats became so extensive a police report was filed. Upon reviewing google reviews there are many others with the same story.

ps. while on the phone the owner accused my husband of calling one of his workers a racial slur. Not only is this untrue, but my husband has never met any of his workers and only spoke to him on the phone. I assume this is his way of further deterring negatives, as upon reviewing a yelp review another owner accused another former customer of the same. Apparently this is their MO.

DO NOT HIRE AT ALL COST
They are the ones sending multiple flyers with different business names
(Organic pest and LI environmental tree to name a few) and pray on new/unsuspecting homeowners

PS our tick problem is 1000% worse since they came.

If I can give 0 Stars to this company I would. Every negative review is true. I had so many issues with this company from being yelled at to be being threatened by the guys handling my account. I once called and spoke to a nice lady over the phone she convinced me in renewing my contract. I just asked not to send same Rep or not sure if he’s an owner. Next thing you know this man shows up on my house to get a contract signed. I still tried to work with them. But what threw me over the edge was when this man was texting me like I was a child. Please read the reviews !

I was contacted by Michael owner of company after I left review and it’s sad because a a business owner myself sometimes we can’t control the behavior of our employees or management. I really hope they make a change.

I’ve spoke to a few representatives here but I spoke to a gentleman named Josh today who was very knowledgeable and handled my concerns I will renew with this company in 2025 the others can be rude but I enjoyed talking with Josh and will give this company another chance next year !! Thank you

I used these guys once about 4 years ago. They were fine, but I haven’t renewed since. They have not stopped calling me incessantly. I actually picked up the call yesterday to tell them not interested. They promised to stop calling. Got another call today. These folks don’t seem to be very good at listening to customers, present or former. Don’t bother, they’ll never leave you alone

Very dependable and does a very thorough job. I believe that because they are a privately owned firm and not one of those “big name” people they are much more reliable. I have been using them for years after being dissatisfied with other firms.

I used this company the first full year I owned my home. I paid about $1,000 for their services and pulled over 100 ticks off my dog. When I called to cancel, the man I spoke to dismissed my concerns and assured me that their product works, and then proceeded to tell me that "no one cancels their contracts." The owner himself called weeks later and continued to question my decision and berate me for choosing another company. I have been contacted two more times since, even though I've asked to be removed from their call list. Bottom line: I have hired a local, family owned provider called Ticked Off instead... and have yet to pull a single tick off my dog even after a mild winter, I receive responsive and conscious communication from the owner prior to each application, and I'm paying half of what Organic Pest charged.

Update 6/18/2024: It's worth noting that these people are STILL calling and leaving me messages two years later!
