Last week I received a bouquet from this company from the Delta location. I have to say that the arrangement did not look great. The flowers didn’t seem fresh and one of the flowers in the front wilted over by 6 pm the same day .. the roses wilted in 4 days and the overall arrangement mostly wilted in 5-6 days. It was a designer’s choice standard arrangement. Flowers are expensive, should they really die so quickly? The picture was taken the same day as delivery.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement! I had no idea what to expect as I picked artist choice of seasonal flowers for a delivery to a dear friend. I honestly just hoped for the best.

After posting my review, the owner called and texted me right away to address the issue and offered to deliver a new bouquet the next day. I was very happy with the quick response which showed that they really care about their customers' satisfaction. My mom was very happy with the new bouquet that they sent, it was full and beautiful, thank you!

I have ordered from this flower shop for over 6-7 years since their little shop at Granville island and I have always been happy with my purchases and trusted that they would do a great job, except for this time…

I ordered my mom a LARGE bouquet for Mother’s Day but it was definitely much smaller than the one I ordered her last year (also large size). I have to say I am pretty disappointed, it’s supposed to come with 18-20 stems but I see about 16 good ones and a few others are bent over/looks like it’s wilting. The roses are also much smaller than before. It just doesn’t look “full” and it was the large size, definitely not worth $95 and after taxes/delivery I spent about $125 for this.

Exceptional Service and Beautiful Bouquets!

I had a bit of a hiccup with my flower delivery—due to a mix-up by the shipping company, my order was dropped off at the wrong location, and I only realized it after OLFCO’s store had already closed. I was pretty stressed since the flowers were for my partner's birthday.

But the team at OLFCO went above and beyond. Even after hours, their incredibly responsible and kind staff reopened the store, hand-crafted a new bouquet for me, and arranged for it to be delivered via Uber—all within an hour!

To top it all off, they included an extra bouquet and a chocolate as a gesture of goodwill. I was blown away by their dedication and generosity.

Beautiful flowers, phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend OLFCO to anyone looking for a florist that truly cares about their customers. 🌸💐💝
