OMG! So glad we found this place! Great selection of rocks, bricks, garden decor! Visited, figured out what we wanted, made a couple of telephone inquiries, and just like that, we had our order delivered! Thanks to the office staff, it was fast, easy, and problem free to set it all up.
Same day delivery and within two hours of my ordering! Kelly was amazingly professional, capable, and so cheerful! Dumped in exactly the spot we asked, exactly the way we wanted, and, clearly that gal knows her way around that truck! LOVE the butterflies!!
Thank you so much for being an honest, reliable, knowledgeable company!! Hard to find that these days, and I don't think you'll find a better place than this for your landscaping needs! I totally recommend it!!

I had the most beautiful experience with Kelly today. I was able to pick up some lovely gifts for door prizes to give to my workshop participants .

Excellent customer service and quality products. Ordered rock and sod to landscape my backyard, good prices on rock and best deal for sod. The rolls from pac haven are longer and better price than the sod my neighbour ordered from the Fraser valley. Picture in review was taken about a month after I laid down the sod. Would highly recommend pacific haven to anyone!

They have a very unique gift shop. Some very beautiful unique jewelry pieces and the BEST ROCK COLLECTION EVER!!

Stopped by today and they were closed. The lady in the yard came up to us and asked if she could help us out. We told here we were looking for some decorative rocks for my wife’s new planter. She pointed to the variety of piles of rock and told us to help ourselves. I offered to pay and she declined and wished us good luck on picking the right colour from the large variety. What a great experience and wonderful person. We will definitely be back and will pass around our great experience. Thank you very much!
