I have been using Pak Mail's services for more than 20 years now. MC and his staff are very knowledgeable about shipping rates and will recommend best option for your needs. Pak Mail also offers a wide selection of boxes and other items to make sure parcels have the right fit. The mailbox rental is very affordable with mail forwarding also available. Well worth considering for anyone who moves around. I keep going back to Pak Mail for the excellent service.

I had an absolutely great experience here!

I was doing a return from Amazon and they said to drop off at Staples. Staples wouldn't take the package because it was "too large" so I had to cancel my return on Amazon and create a new return to Purolator. I didn't want to drive to Purolator and was scared at how long the line would be and I remembered this Pak Mail. So I literally drove across the parking lot to try and return my package with no waybill printed or anything. I got there and they said it was no problem and please share the waybill to their email address. He then came back into the drop off area after a minute or so, slapped the waybill on my package and said I was good to go. Talk about amazing customer service. I will definitely be using Pak Mail going forward. Thank you!!

We have been using Pak Mail West for many years as one of our package drop off depots and after today, we will continue to come for many more.

Everyone at this facility, owner and staff are always tentative, kind and quick. Today I had an incident where I dropped some money. I looked everywhere within my vicinity at the time with no luck. I decided to call them to see if they have seen/found it by chance. At first look they didn't see anything. The owner decided to go look outside and was able to locate the cash! I got a call and headed back to pick it up. This honesty and kindness is a rare find these days.

I truly am so thankful and again thank you and your team for the honesty and thoughtfulness to take your personal time to go outside and look. I already recommend your business and will continue to do so to anyone needing your service. Cheers!
