Terrible experience with their Valet parking. Brought my brand new truck in and figured I spent a good chunk of change so why not do valet. Well they scraped my bumper on a curb aswell as stole a gold chain from my back seat. I reached out and have been getting a run around from Will Lutterodt the supposed operations manager. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done. They keep saying they will send to claims or check with claims. It does not take a month to review a photo where there is no damage on a truck with 2000km!!! Absolutely unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing, I was late dropping my vehicle off due to weather delays, and the staff was very quick to get me taken care of so I can get on a shuttle to catch my flight. When I picked it up yesterday, my vehicle was warmed up and ready to go. The staff had mentioned when I dropped my vehicle off that they only need my key and fob so I forgot my lanyard and all my other keys there, they ensured me that they left them inside my vehicle and walked me out to my vehicle to make sure that they were in there along with carried my bags out for me. Definite five star rating, and will be definitely be using the valet service next time I travel again.

We waited 30 minutes in -30 c degree weather. While waiting we saw other shuttles dropping people off for departure. In order to make both groups happy I would suggest splitting your shuttles duties between picking up and dropping off.

While jet set is conveniently close to the airport it has the absolute worst service. The QR codes never work when exiting. And the last time I used them, I waited with about 2 bus loads of people for a shuttle to come for nearly an hour. Despite many people calling to request shuttles. I will absolutely never be using jetset parking again. Use park 2 go instead. WAY better.

DO Not use this service unless your favorite thing to do is wait and wait some more. Every time out of maybe 25 times using it ( ONLY because of its closeness to the airport) I am ALWAYS reminded of the ridiculous incompetence operating this entity. Drop off for valet or self park lets you wait 15 to 30 mins to get to the airport which is a 2 mins away. Walking might be easier. Absolutely EVERYTIME I arrive, its at least 3 phone calls and minimum 30 min wait. Might I recommend park2go, 4 of their shuttles sjowed up today in the 30 mins I was waiting for the jetset shuttle. Again NOT RECOMMENDED!

Very easy booking process. Multiple shuttles were waiting for our group at the designated spot when we exited the airport. Took about 5 minutes to get my car when we arrived at JetSet parking lot. Great service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially one gentleman who went above and beyond by assisting with carrying my bags to the car. His name was abishek. It was a thoughtful touch that made my day a lot easier. Highly recommend this valet service for both convenience and excellent customer care!"
