What a joke of a shuttle service !! Only picked up two people and left the other two people at T1 terminal buddy also speed out of the parking lot ! (Maybe he know he messed up when leaving ). When I called to ask why he left the girl on the phone said one will be right there. 30 min later I call back to ask where the shuttle was and she was shocked and sent another one ! Will not be parking here again !!!

Parked at Edmonton Park & Fly, Completely disappointing with price quote vs what the final bill is.
Price is $139.98
Coupon Discount $51.79
Should be $88.19 All good with that BUT
Leaving was the same $139.98
Problem now only 25% discount $35.00. I discussed my bill with the booth agent and no way that I was getting my $51.79 discount because they said the online quote was wrong, so I had to pay $104.98 plus tax & Fuel SC so I pay $112.29 so not really my problem but Park & Fly is making it my problem.
What business operates like this with their clients, soon no clients will be using their service.

If I could give separate ratings for the way we were treated being picked up vs. being dropped off I would be giving 5 stars for the amazingly kind and helpful driver who assisted us on the way to the airport. The lady at the window told us where to go and we parked with no issues. But on the way back to our vehicle from the airport, well that was a whole differently story. First, There doesn't seem to be any organization for how many people they are picking up - Everyone puts their flight information in their booking so the shuttles should be aware of how many passengers are going to be needing a ride at one time. They did not seem to have enough room on the shuttles for everyone so it was a pretty packed bus. Second, Allegedly we are handed a piece of paper with where we parked, We lost this, or didn't get it, I don't know. But so did a handful of other people. Then when the Driver became aware of the many people missing their slips he became very upset, was telling people they needed to be more responsible, was making snide comments when they said where they think they parked. He made very aggressive comments about how people are so stupid they can remember their phones but can't be bothered to remember a piece of paper or where they parked. I was honestly afraid to tell him we didnt have this stupid yellow paper. We knew where we parked, as did all the other people. It was after 10pm and everyone had just travelled for a whole day. Listening to some angry upset shuttle driver was the last thing we wanted. This parking lot does not blow the snow off cars, and does not stick around to see if your car starts or offer any kind of phone number to call in the event your car does not start. He basically slammed the doors once you were out and off he went. While its inexpensive to park here, you definitely get what you pay for + a whole lot of bad attitude and crappy vibes. It was not the way to end a holiday at 1030pm in -21 after being away for a week. There are lots of options of parking, Don't make Park N' Fly one of them.

Used Park n Fly for the first time Oct 9th. The driver was curt with another passenger he was picking up. Seemed annoyed that the two ladies were confused about where to park in the cold and dark morning. Stayed in the bus and did not help with baggage. Wasn’t sure if they normally do so didn’t give it much thought. We didn’t tip.
On our return Nov 1st return we were picked up late at night by a very friendly helpful driver who jumped out of the van to help us with the baggage. Friendly, talkative and funny. We tipped!

All round great experience. Seamless entry and fast pickup to the airport. Girl at entry was very helpful as my entry card no longer worked, as it’s been awhile.
Coming home was just as easy. Chantel T was very helpful.

Drivers and service have always been good, but a fuel surcharge of $1.96 on my bill? Seriously? Just add it on to the bill and don't separate it out because it really looks like a money grab. If there are 10 people on the bus that is $20.00, more than the cost of the fuel for probably 4 trips back and forth.

We recently parked here - several vehicles from a family. Where we were told to park, there was no parking, so we went to the next available spot. After waiting 15 minutes and having the busses drive by us in the parking lot (as we are standing there waving at them), I called up to see how we could get a shuttle to our flight. The lady who answered was very rude to me, then called a bus and was rude about us over the radio to the driver (some of our family was already on the bus and heard it). Then on our way back from our holiday, we waited for over 20 minutes and when we called, the lady who answered the phone again was very rude and told us to have patience, it was the middle of the night, with 5 young children - 12 of us in total.

Overall, do not recommend parking here because the lady at the front has absolutely no respect or manners - terrible customer service from her.
