Shawn was the best, for a 23 year old he is professional, reliable and committed to help me, he towed my car from Buffalo to Whitby Ont, my car got there safe, I would recommend this tow service to everybody, but make sure you ask for Shawn, Shawn your the man my friend, and thanks again.

I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and careless Parkway Towing is. They towed my friend's McLaren from a repair shop to a storage facility, and when it arrived, there was a massive crack in the windshield—over $8,000 in damage. This damage was NOT there when the car was picked up.

When I reached out to ask for proof of the vehicle’s condition, Sherry, the owner’s wife, claimed their drivers always take photos before and after each tow. But when I asked for those photos, she immediately got hostile, REFUSED to provide ANY documentation (despite being legally obligated to do so), and told me, "I'm not giving you anything... you sound like a smart girl, you'll figure it out yourself."

Even worse, before I even requested proof, Sherry admitted their driver saw the crack in the windshield but STILL refused to show any evidence of what happened during the tow.

It’s clear from NUMEROUS other reviews that I’m not alone in this experience—Sherry's rude, dismissive attitude is a constant pattern. She is downright miserable and doesn't care one bit about her customers or their concerns.

Parkway Towing completely disregarded my repeated requests for any documentation or insurance details. They sent me a few irrelevant pre-tow photos and flat-out refused to provide anything else, despite my clear request for proof that they dropped off the vehicle in good condition. This level of negligence and dishonesty is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this company! They simply don’t care.

If you’ve been wronged by this company, I highly recommend filing an official complaint with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Don’t let them get away with this.

Me and my friend were stuck in snow last week and a driver from ParkWay stopped n pulled us out
He never discussed the price and asked for 250$ after he got it out and wouldn't unhook our car untill we paid him in cash. It was hardly 1 min job he did, never showed us prices, never wanted to give us a reciept. He has very bad attitude and was smelling like marijuana.very bad experince!

What a robbery , towed a car without the private property requesting it , did not report it to the police and gave attitude once asked.
You either pay or you do not get your car.
Piss poor customer service.
When I called the tow companies in the area yours popped up first. Upon calling I was told there was a vehicle describing the one in question but your secretary/tow truck scammer wouldn't not offer the plate number. I hung up and called to report the vehicle stolen or if the tow had been reported and there was no report.
Only way to get the vehicle back or know if it was mine was to physically show up.
Cute little scam you got going on.
