very amazing staff. they were respectful and did their best to help me find my bag. the staff went above and beyond to communicate with me details and called as soon as my bag came as they knew how stressed out i was. Im so thankful for them. 10/10

All of my baggages were delayed and Air Canada manage to sent them all via Pars 2000. The staffs at Pars 2000 were maintaining very good communication before deliver the bags, especially Zoe was very helpful as well as the driver. They failed to contact my cell phone as I am not using local number, but they kept email me until we got the deal on deliverece timing. Thank you so much Pars 2000, hope you guys keep doing the great job.

Wow. I think this was the best customer service I have had in years.
I lost my phone at the Ottawa International Airport. When I got back to Vancouver Island Friday Feb10 2023 I phoned and Si answered right away and went and found my phone. Next, he said stand by your computer and I am going to forward your request to our communications person Rashid. I had a reply from Rashid within 5 minutes and my phone sent out the same day by FED EX.
You can't get much better than that. Also they seemed to care that losing a phone was a big deal to me.

This the worst customer service I've ever experienced my entire life! They've kept my luggage for 4 days now, and still haven't delivered it. When I was finally able to speak to them, they've been rude on the phone and enable to provide any information regarding the delivery time. I've never seen something like this my entire life! Liars and unprofessional!

I am an uber driver and work at YOW/Ottawa airport. I was headed towards arrivals to pick up some passengers and accidentally straddled the second lane to my right when all of the sudden a transit van driver working for Par 2000 leans on his horn for about a full minute. So i move over back into my lane and allow him to pass. As he passes, i wave at him as if to say im sorry and the driver gives me the finger. I ignore it and continue towards my passenger however, the Par 2000 driver is not done with me. He pulls up to where im picking up my passengers and rolls down his window and begins to harrass me as i am picking up a couple and they're newborn baby. Terrible attitude. Terrible driver. A simple toot toot and NO finger would have sufficed.
