Just spent 11days touring beautiful Newfoundland. August 18-28.
Unfortunately our tour director had never been there before, so her tour was less than stellar to say the least. The saving grace was our wonderful Parsons driver Clarence. He was amazing and professional at all times. We had a great evening with karaoke in Cow head with him!

Almost always rude and argumentative. Been a client, worked with them as a tourism provider, and interacted with them in public, basically always the same - rude, entitled, argumentative drivers.

Just got back from Newfoundland our driver was Clarence we were on Forest Travel tour. His driving was superb we always felt very safe. He always had a smile on his face while greeting people, the bus was always clean his uniform was meticulous we really enjoyed our trip with him

Just arrived back from a wonderful tour of Newfoundland. What an incredible experience in a beautiful province. I can't say enough about our bus driver Greg Warford who went out of his way to accommodate our tour of 46 people. His driving was superb and he was very entertaining . We all felt completely at ease in his care. The bus was very comfortable.
Thank you Greg for your thoughtfulness and caring. We will miss your smiling face and beautiful voice. God Bless.

Loves to block off public parking lots for 15 or more minutes to let passengers off. There's a public community center in Southlands they could have been dropped off to. Absolutely unacceptable.
