So, I don’t even know what to say. They are RUDE. The drivers scam you out of money. I haven’t left a review because I wanted to be nice. However, this is something that people should be aware of if they are using this service. I ordered awhile ago (in excess of 6 months ago), I had used Patrick’s Delivery service quite a few times and the totals never added up. Then one time my total was out by $20 so after I paid I looked up the totals for what I ordered only to discover that the driver added $20 to the total. When this was discovered I immediately called them back to let them know. Whomever answered the phone was rude and hung up on me when I was talking to them about it. So after being hung up on and them over charging and not being willing to correct their error my roommate and I started using a different delivery service (Callabeer……they are WAY better). My advice to ANYONE using this service is to diligently check your totals before paying. They are certainly trying to scam people out of extra money.

There’s never an excuse to be rude. I have never been snapped at like that by anyone, let alone someone I’m trying to give money to. Our car broke down on the way to the smoke shop. We would much rather have given a $50 tip to a small.. “business”? Rather than using it to pay a taxi service. I hope your day, and attitude, gets better and you can match the level of respect any future customers give you

I called to place an order with Patrick, he was extremely rude to me on the phone. He told me I was taking to long to tell him the order and that he had 3 missed calls since I was on the phone with him (our phone convo was a total of 2 minutes ). I would recommend using call a beer.
