We worked with Paul Davis Central Nova Scotia for our house rebuild after a devastating housefire that shook us all to our cores. It was the hardest experience our young family has ever been through. There were so many unknowns as we had to navigate the unimaginable. Jack and Ralph were absolutely wonderful to work with through all of the hard days, and they were incredible with communication through the entire ordeal. They met us with honest sympathy and respect. They were wonderful with our young kids when we would visit. We had many issues with the insurance company and others involved but consistently through all of it, Jack and his team were the only ones we could always count on to keep us updated in a timely manner and give us the honest answers we were seeking. I would highly recommend Jack and his team to anyone in need.

Very bad experience ! They are absolutely unable to lay down the tiles ! (They are not levelled). They didn't pay any attention to details, no supervision. They used wooden boards with red spray paint that cannot be removed. The new door/doorframe was totally misaligned. Accetable for emergency work but absolutely not for renovation!

I had to touch a star to leave a review but it is not deserved; they started work on my house October 2023 and in July this year they finally sent a young fella to do THE worst finishing job ever AND when I lifted the floor protection they put down there is a piece of flooring missing the entire length of the room. They never have time to come and see the mess left nevermind fix it and this is only the tip of the iceburg. Horrible service (they were absent months at a time) and obviously Paul Davis takes zero pride in their work.

Moved to NS recently and had major issues in new home. Paul Davis did incredible job of repairs to water issues, (inside and out), excavation work, repairs and restoration of our entire lower level of our home, new stairs, new flooring, bathroom remodel and more. We were very impressed with their attention to detail, great employees who worked very hard, professional site management of the job, quick communication along the way and very reasonable pricing. Best I've come across in my life. We highly endorse Paul Davis, Truro location in Nova Scotia.
And big shout out to Joe Davis, project manager who took care of us and helped us get our dream home.

I am appalled at the service we are NOT receiving from Paul Davis. We have two ceilings up & downstairs that had to be replaced plus our entire roof, from Fiona. Two guys came May 17/18, took down the ceilings, put up some drywall. 6 weeks later haven’t seen anyone since! My husband had a massive stroke and is total care with mechanical lift, etc. we are delegated to one room in our house. Dirt & dust everywhere. They have the floors covered in cardboard and I have tripped over it more than once. We have called on week 2 & week 5, with the response “ we’ll be there next week”. This has and is causing us great hardship and is totally unfair. Find another company that gives a dam.
