The newly opened grocery store in town is a much-needed addition to the local shopping scene. With its spacious layout and a wide variety of food items, it's a convenient choice for residents looking to save both time and money. The prices are reasonable, especially for a small town grocery store, and considering its location, it's a great alternative to driving to Olds or Airdrie, saving you both gas and time.

That said, there are a few drawbacks. The ready-made meals, such as fries, mac and cheese, scallops, and onion rings, tend to be overcooked, which is disappointing. Additionally, while they sell mop heads, there are no mop sticks to go with them, which feels like an odd oversight. The store also doesn’t offer price matching, which could be a disadvantage for those looking for the best possible deal. I also noticed that while they carry every flavor of frozen ice cream cones, they don't have the one I like, which was a bit of a letdown. Another minor issue is the lack of enough lighting in the parking lot, making late-night visits less than ideal. And, there's no ATM, which would be a convenient feature for shoppers.

On the positive side, the store has a lot going for it. The staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The shelves are well-stocked, ensuring that you'll find what you need. The self-checkouts are efficient and easy to use, and the tills are equipped with bagging clerks to help speed up the process.

Overall, while there are a few areas that could be improved, this new grocery store is a fantastic addition to the town. With great prices, friendly service, and the convenience of staying local instead of driving to bigger cities, it’s definitely worth checking out.

I am disappointed each time I go here.
Getting any customer service seems to be a real challenge.
And what ever happened to the cashier packing the groceries? Apparently they don't even offer to do so because, according to them, everyone has a different preference to how their groceries are bagged.

Go spend your money at the Coop. There they bag your purchases, are friendly and not condescending, and they support local!!

I have stood at the Deli counter on three separate occasions and no one has come to help me. The first time I just said maybe they are too busy and left it at that.The second time, I complained to the cashier about it. Apparently nothing was done about it. Today, the third time, I stood at the salad counter and no one came so I move over to the meat side and still on one bothered to come over. Sorry Paul's, that's 3 strikes!! You are OUT!!! I am going back to CO-OP.

The smell in the store is so off putting. Smells like sewage. Not what I want to smell when I’m shopping for groceries. The produce is very over priced especially since you bring any of it home and the next day it’s already rotting.

I went to the store to buy some chocolates, but when I say to the cashier that chocolates are on sale 7 dlls she answered SUPER RUDE “does this box say assorted no right this are not on sale”
I feel super bad she talk so rude to me and I talk calm to her AND
We walked to the chocolates and they were mixed assorted and normal on the same shelf was not my fault.
Never again will come back When you tell a cashier at Coop that the price is different, they are always super friendly and go and check. Here in this store, they treat you horrible If you can, avoid this store. The name of the cashier is NAKAILY and she is so RUDE

“Jashan” was our cashier and was very rude. Wouldn’t say anything except whisper “do you have PC optimum points” and wouldn’t help pack despite me having a newborn and my partner having a hand disability. This left quite the sour taste.

“Ann” helped and she was amazing!

The grocery store itself is clean and well managed however! Good stocking and some Christmas cheer. Isles are narrow however but the carts are fancy!

Nothing can truely express how amazing this store is... First of all, the carts are so nice! Second, IS THIS COSTCO These prices are so nice and there also is free food samples! They even have a place where you can take out fresh food!!!! (They serve good food) . They even have food from other stores, which is somewhere far from here, so i can always get the items i need, right in our town. I would love to see this store grow. I really recomend coming here!!!
