When I started ordering from them a couple years ago, service was great. Now, it's absolute crap. I will never order from them again. Placed an order on a Saturday at 4pm, for the next day between 6pm and 7pm. I always allow substitutions. They never contacted me. The dasher did, telling me he got a call saying the order wasn't ready and would at least be an other hour. Well I got my groceries around 9pm(mind you I was waiting on it to have dinner). Did not get my steaks, lettuce, coffee creamer, and hairspray. As if they couldn't find any other brands for substitution. Tried calling the store multiple times. They never picked up. So I had to call the main client service. She sounded appalled. Called the store and nothing came out of it other than she said she would give me 5000 points, which I never received. Do yourself a favor, and never order groceries from them.

It's a convenience if you're fine with sitting on the phone with customer service all day. It's rare I order groceries without having to deal with an issue. I'm at the point where I question if this is truly worth it.

One year later and I tried their service again. All seemed to be going well with the order. So nice having them encourage me to adjust my order as much as I needed because they took 125% of my payment out of my account. Then they cancelled the order the morning of 😑 because they didn't disclose that I needed to then have 125% of the new order's total available in my account. What an absolute waste of time!

I can’t tell you how terrible this place is. Waits to pick up groceries are upwards of 45 minutes. 45 minutes of waiting in your car and twiddling your thumbs when you have somewhere important to go to. Totally understaffed and the staff that they do have don’t respond to complaints. Items frequently (ie every other week on average) missing from the order, you call, they apologize and they say that they’ll credit your account. They never do
I’m out at least $100 with these people for things that I never got. Complaints are useless, the people you talk to are totally unaccountable and say that they can’t fix anything, it needs to be referred to management. And of course they never do. I’m going back to Save On Foods. A little more expensive but well worth my sanity to never come here again!

Express is a bit of an overstatement. My mother is disabled and has no way of going to pick up groceries for herself. After two days of no groceries (after her scheduling proper delivery at a certain time), she is upset and starving. So I had to take time off of my work to go get her groceries for her so she can eat. I'm not sure how this company gets away with this but it is absolutely atrocious how they don't care about their customers. Honestly, just don't bother with these people. You'd be better off looking through a dumpster for food.

Ordered Saturday for Monday delivery but it never came and had to order take out that evening.
Tuesday I wake up to a text message from 1:41am saying my order was delivered so I frantically went outside and nothing was there. Called to reschedule the delivery and since it was Halloween and I was taking my kid out trick or treating I had to request for Wednesday delivery and surprise surprise, nobody came! It’s now Thursday I called for a refund and I’m assuming after calling the store to confirm I never got my product they issued me a refund, no questions asked.
I had to order take out a total of 6 times this week to make up for not getting those groceries on Monday
. Very upset especially since I spent $300 and tipped $12
Do not order from here!!!!
Only gave 1 star because they didn’t try to convince me to keep the order when I called for a refund

I love having someone do my grocery shopping for me while I order from my couch or computer!
And for only $1.00!!
Always great service when I go to pick up.
A five minute wait at the parking stall.
They let you know of any missing or substituted items an hour ahead of your order pick up time.
I've been using this service for well over a year and they always deal with any problems right away.
I have found that I've saved so much money because I don't impulse buy like I would if I was in the store.

Generally a decent service, but ran into an extremely frustrating situation:

In the app there was an offer for 25000 points if you spend $250 (which works out to $25).

Ordered more than $250 online. Some items ended up not available, so I walked through the store picking up a few things to get me over the $250 mark.

The teller forgets to ring in my extra items with the main order, so I pay for them separately. She assures me if use the codes on the receipts that they’ll be able to get me my points.

I had FOUR different email threads/conversations with them each time providing all the order info. They provided very lame reasons each time why they couldn’t give me points. Either they do not have enough power at that level to give me points or they are super incompetent. Either way “F” em, I can’t waste any more time with them.
