I first came across Perfect Home Furniture on Instagram and just dismissed it like most other ads.

Then a few months later, I noticed the Calgary store by the Costco in Heritage/Deerfoot Meadows so I decided to stop in and have a look around.

I was looking for a sectional, but it needed to be small to fit the space. Upon entering the store, I was welcomed by Kamal Karki who took the time to show me all the sectionals in the store - both big and small. Kamal was excellent to deal with - even taking measurements of units I liked so I could check against the space in my living room. Never did I feel pressured to buy - instead it was about getting the right sofa for me. And he definitely delivered.

Today, my new sofa arrived and was delivered (and set up) by the team of Kel and AJ. These gentlemen were professional, courteous and took great pride in their work. They removed shoes so as to not track dirt in my home. They cleaned up and removed all the packing material. They even adjusted the feet of the couch to fix a wobble. Probably the best furniture delivery service I’ve had.

I used to buy furniture at big box stores - not anymore - I’ll be sure to make my next purchase from Perfect Home.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! This place has been nothing but a terrible experience dealing with first of all every time I’ve seen a product that they are using has a great deal to get more customers into the shop is poor built quality with lack of quality control so the chances of you running into a product or piece of furniture that will look totally different than what was shown to you at the time of purchase at the show homes is very likely!

Secondly, based on the prices they charge I’m surprised they have absolutely zero return policy !!! Not even 24 hours! And my latest experience has been beyond terrible. I bought a couch which was paid in full 2 weeks before my pick up date. I made very clear with the associates that I’m picking the item up on a specific date and specific time the day of pick up, I called the warehouse to reconfirm my appointment for pick up because they will NOT allow you to just walk in to pick an item up. And I sat at the warehouse for almost 2 hours waiting for warehouse employees to find my item which was scheduled for pick up two weeks ahead!!! Countless customers came after me and my item was nowhere to be found only for the team to come back after two hours of me waiting just to tell me that my item is no longer in stock and I would have to get a refund or wait for their team to hopefully find the item one day and get it delivered to me! I wasted not only gas but rented out a truck, spend the entire day making a drive to Airdrie to pick this item up, wait two hours all for nothing!!!

My delivery was great for my couches. Both Sean’s were amazing! Very professional, communication was great and easy to follow the time when my delivery would arrive. Would highly recommend!!!
