At 5:40 pm on July 26, 2023 a driver drove on Catherine Street in Rockland, Ontario like a crazy driver, speeding at more than 60kms an hour on a dead end street. He acted recklessly and without any respect for this community.

No idea about your service, but one of your drivers is completely reckless. 6:15pm in Orleans they were switching lanes no signal, veering out of their lane and doing over 100km/h in a 60 zone. Also tailgated people once they hopped on the highway, and used the exit ramp lane to get around people on the highway.

We used our first ever service with PTC and it was a great experience. The driver took the time to bring plastic bags and put the items in and they made sure everything was properly packed before delivering it to its destination. This was not part of the service but they still provided that extra touch to make life easier for us. If you want a great courier service, do not look any further!

Honestly , i dont know why this company is not famous yet , perfect service , perfect delivery guys , if i had to choose between them and some other famous companies on the market , i ll definitely get them to deliver my things . Thumbs up to the customer service , i had an emergency receiving my parcel before the estimated date , i called and that was the manager who responded to me , he did that favour and thats why im rating the company as one of the best in Ottawa region .
