Perth Motors — Honest, Friendly, and Truly One of a Kind!

WOW! I’ve never been so happy to stumble upon a shop like Perth Motors. From the moment I called, they told me to “bring it right over” — no waiting half a day like the others in town. When I arrived, everyone was down-to-earth, friendly, and genuinely eager to help.

They worked on my truck for about an hour, then said, “Not sure how much to charge ya, we really didn’t do much.” Can you imagine? An honest auto shop that actually cares more about helping people than making a sale! I was so impressed that I paid more than they asked — they truly earned it.

If I lived in Perth, Perth Motors would be my go-to for every repair and tune-up. It’s rare these days to find folks with that kind of integrity and kindness.

Drove by this place so many times but never stopped. Last week and after delaying my snow tire change for so long, I decided to give it a try. Today I took my truck in and watched as they changed my tires in a very busy day. The guy who does the work is a perfectionist. Washed the new tires making sure no dirt blocking the rims, washed the tires, cleaned the rims, and on and on. I used to take my truck to Canadian tire and the dealer, in both cases I was always left dissatisfied, long wait times, too pricey. I actually got to watch these guys change the tires and gave me a feeling of total satisfaction. They were great. The cost was just right. The owner and his sister are great and very friendly. Really recommend the place.

From ownership to staffing, nothing but professionals. They are well versed in their business. They take the time to insure whatever your issue is, and they will find a resultion for it. Best of all, they treat the clients like they matter. You almost feel like family.

Fantastic service. They were able to squeeze us in at the last second on a Friday afternoon because our car was having issues travelling through Perth. Jane was incredibly friendly, brought our dog water while we waited, and the technicians were efficient and honest. I’m not used to having such great service at auto repair shops. Highly recommend and would come back if I ever needed to!

I was referred to Perth Motors by locals for a new set of tires. I got a quote I liked & ordered the tires & installation from Jane over the phone. A few days later, Jane called me to inform me that they got the tires for a lower price than expected & she lowered lowered my quote by $50! They could’ve easily pocketed the difference with me being none the wiser.
As I waited for my tires to get installed, I had the pleasure of watching Paul & Jane interact with local customers. They treated everyone on a familiar first name basis with a attentiveness one gives to a close friend. A class act all around. I will definitely go back to them once my winter tires need replacing.

I pulled into Perth Motors after experiencing unexpected and major engine issues, and have never encountered a more attentive and generous auto operation. Despite having no appointment and the garage being absolutely packed with customers that morning, Paul went out of his way to personally ensure that my car was looked after and that I would have another mode of transportation to Ottawa.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any garage and I am very grateful for the amount of time, trouble, and money that Perth Motors ended up saving me.
