Me and my friends came to this petro. We were waiting for 30 minutes outside and the person was hiding and did not open the door for us. He saw us and hid behind the Doritos shelves. He kept peeking for us to see if we are there or not. Then after some time a canadian women came there and he opened the door for her (coz we moved our car away from the door so he thinks we left)
This is racism. Did not expect this from petro we are really furious. This is not acceptable.
He is a short bald tan skin guy and old guy

Me and my friends went to petro on Feb 22, 2024. Thursday early morning around 2:25. We went near the door and there was a old bald short guy who was mopping the floor. He saw us and hid behind the Doritos shelf. He kept peeking until we moved our car away from the door. Then a canadian women came there and he opened the door for her. The women held the door us so we got in and i talked to the petro employee about not opening the door and hiding. He started talking in his language in a rude and loud tone as if he was cursing. I showed him the video but he did not accept it and said he wasn’t even there. He was very rude to us and said they don’t take cash anymore. I did not misbehave with the employee but i am really disappointed with Petro.

30 sept 2024, time: 1pm Terrible customer service i ever experienced the lady working there has a very bad attitude towards customer and she didn’t allow me to pay for my gas abd snacks altogether because she thought am stealing my own money from myself and then after me she treated a white women politely and this is clearly a racism and for sure i will never come to this gas station again in my life where i cannot spend my hard earned money in my way she was acting like she was owner of the gas station and she should be fired immediately

The short bald guy working nights needs to be investigated. He is pulling some weird stuff at the store I went in to get two canned drinks that he rang up that came up to a specific price of like 9.13 or something and I forgot my card to pay so I went to go get it and remembered I could just use my phone. I went back into the store to pay and now all of a sudden the same exact drinks are almost 4$ cheaper. I’m not complaining but what is he adding on to make the same purchase items 4$ more expensive and charge me more!?!?

Lady this afternoon was extremely incompetent and rude. I’m a regular at this gas station, all employees know I only pump 91 gas, however the lady I encountered this afternoon clearly has some mental issues; I tell her pump 91, I head out and the pump is set for regular gas on my high end vehicle that requires 91. I do not trust her serving customers; she asks way too many unnecessary questions and tries to get in people’s business.

With wash and go card, Petro-Canada car wash is a must for every car owner. No expired date. Got 7 washes and free 7 vacuums. Here at this place, they just renovated, totally touchless. Highly recommended.

I went there to fuel up my motorcycle. My motorcycle started leaking fuel everywhere. I kindly Informed the gas attendant, also asking if they had absorbing sand for my spill. The female in her late 50s rolled her eyes and pointed outside without words. (I was late for an appointment) I had to leave it there to go to my appointment. She raised her finger at me to shut me up in front of all the customers (how humiliating) as if I was her child. I thought “wow, OK… I will just call on my way to my appointment” The lady on the phone cut me off, which is the same gas attendant. I can tell by her accent and her voice. She cut me off to yell these exact words into the phone.. “Sir, I am not responsible for your motorcycle, get it off the property. This is private property. I’m not responsible?” and then hung up on me. You’d think that she would be understanding as she has seen me struggle all morning.

This is not customer service and this woman should be reprimanded for the way she treats customers. This morning at approximately 8:35am, I witnessed her yelling at an elderly lady who didn’t understand her accent. The poor lady was almost in tears.

I don’t think I’ll be going there again. As a matter of fact it’s hit or miss with the fuel there anyways. sometimes I can go there and the pumps Will be out of Order. Save yourselves the humiliation and time. I shouldn’t have said anything and just left my bike there but I thought I should. I didn’t think I was doing anything wrong. This lady lost all of my respect.
