Was very helpful I forget the guys name but I think he's higher up there he helped me with so much when I had chs he got the hospital to give me my medication when the told me they would and denied it afterwards

Mike is a very knowledgeable, understanding, and caring pharmacist. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and cares to know who you are rather than just proving a service. My husband and I were on a waiting list for the flu shot. You promised to call as soon as it was available and stood by that commitment while we were using another pharmacy at that time. Changing pharmacies was the best decision we made. I recently had a problem with a generic medication and Mike rectified the situation promptly and without further cost by replacing it with another one. In addition, unlike the big and very busy pharmacies, your prescriptions are ready in a timely fashion so if you need a medication urgently, he’s definitely your go to pharmacist. I feel so fortunate to have met him and would highly recommended anyone to utilize his services. Thank you Mike, to you and your support staff, for your dedication and all you have done. Also, as a retired R.N. who has given countless injections over the course of my career, I can state your injection technique is awesome!

I received my COVID-19 vaccine here today, and I'm very grateful that the owner took on the responsibility of offering the shots to Ontarians. It disrupts their pharmacy work, it takes up time from their staff, and it must involve a ton of government paperwork. So to offer this service warms my heart. The pharmacist and staff were very friendly, the process was smooth and organized, and I was done within minutes. Thank you, Bath Family Pharmacy!
