Pharmasave in High Level has benchmarked the standard of how a Pharmacy, even in a small local town should operate. They have professional, well-rounded, and very helpful staff. Allyn goes above and beyond with her customer service. Same goes for Julie who always welcome us with her warmth and friendliness. Angel, despite being pregnant, is really hardworking and very kind to always lend a helping hand. Lawrence and his down to earth demeanour is such a blessing to everyone who is need of his expertise in medications. One incident I will never forget was when there was a shortage of Tylenol for kids some time ago, Lawrence did not hesitate to promptly solve it and provide an alternative actual made medication. For that reason I always opt to come here, aside from their par excellence service and high quality products. Truly an exceptional business model in our town.

Pharmacists are not knowledgeable. When my husband bought prescribed medicine, they did not check if the insurance card he gave worked. I found out that that my husband gave the wrong card and got charged for the whole amount. Another instance, they were indecisive whether the drink I asked is good for kids or not. I couldn't trust people who doesn't know what they're doing.

The Pharmasave store I visited was clean and well-organised. However, I was disappointed with the customer service, as staff members were not as helpful as I had hoped. Overall, while the store was tidy, the service could be improved.
