Called these guys for a quick quote for lifting a water vault weighing 30,000 lbs. Was impressed with prompt response. They understood what I was asking and knew what questions to ask. Further to the above review. We experienced exceptional service and professionalism from Phoenix. It took less than 1hr from the time the vault and crane show up to the site to the vault being installed. It was a fairly simple lift but was still impressed. We will be using Phoenix for future work.
