Worst service, worst communication. Was told my full load would be delivered every day for almost a week. Brought extra staff in each day to offload, but no load showed up.. a FULL week later the load finally showed up. Waste of a week trying to deal with these people.. not recommended, and will definitely never use them again. Lady on the phone was nice enough, but you must realize that communication is of highest importance.. That driver would never, ever work in my world. Way too incompetent.

Dispatch is always readily available with open communication during everystep of the delivery process. All staff and drivers are pleasant, knowledgeable and dependable. Don't Trust them .
Don’t expect the payment once you delivered the load. It’s difficult to deal with them ,They don’t answers the phone, don’t reply for your email. If on your lucky day, you got them on the phone, they will start making excuses, first thing they will ask you if you emailed your inquiry to accounts.NOBODY is in accounting, other then the dispatch lady you booked the load with, means they will fool you around again. You have to bug them couple times a day , until you poke them to pay you. It can takes couple months. Worst experience.

be careful when you book any load with them, DO NOT EXPECT MONEY, they will only can give you excuses thats all you can expect from them, accounting quit or she is on holiday or they will put your phone on hold forever, BIG LIE ALL THE TIME, stay away
