Friendly service, delicious sub and the price was perfect.
I ordered the $5.99 meat lover 12” Sub as advertised in the window.
I am from out of town and on my way back to Toronto and wanted a quick bit to eat in the car.
Although I waited quite a bit longer for my sub than at a sub franchise I was patient and it was way better than any other sub I had had. More meat, proper seasoning and most importantly “fresh”!
Thank you and well worth the extra 10 minute wait.

We love our pizzas from here. It's tasty and they always have good deals going on! But would prefer if they used gloves when putting toppings on the pizza especially those with long nails! I actually saw one of the workers scratch their head and continued with the pizza toppings! It is not hyganic at all. Put your gloves on!

Pizza is some of the best in the area, so we decided to try their subs recently. We ordered a pizza sub and a meatball sub. When we got home and unwrapped them, we actually thought we received the wrong order because it looked completely off. When we got back to the store, the lady said she was the one that made them and knew they were right. The pizza sub, listed as double meat and bacon contained almost no meat, we actually thought it was a veggie sub because we couldn’t see any when we opened it up. We added some veggies, but there was also some other stuff that we didn’t add. The lady admitted that their website descriptions are inaccurate and they actually make it with different toppings than what was listed. Strange, maybe make it how someone orders it? The “meatball” sub was ordered plain (meat/cheese/sauce) but came with a ton of vegetables. Again, not what is listed on the website. The meatballs themselves were little pieces of meat, what you would get if you ordered Italian sausage on your pizza. The lady admitted that the subs were not what we actually ordered, but no offer of a refund or to make them correctly. We ended up leaving them there and told her to throw them out.

Because the service and pizza are usually good here, I wanted to give management a chance to fix this, so I sent them a direct email. Well, they just chose to ignore it, so here we are. I don’t think I can continue supporting a place that clearly doesn’t care about customer service.

I'm hesitant to publicly post a negative review, especially since this place has been reliable for years. It's got solid pizza at solid prices! However, this evening I discovered a rubber band baked into the pizza itself (see attached photos & video). That's honestly rather serious and I felt that you guys should be made aware of this incident and ensure it doesn't happen again. For those browsing my review, this is an anomaly amongst my other visits and I would still recommend this place (especially if you're looking for a good deal). Staff were friendly and food was made in a timely manner. But I must stress the significance of this error! This can not happen again

Pretty good for the price point. This location has changed ownership several times over the years but have always maintained good value for your money. My biggest complaint has been their time management. They often tell me 15 minutes but it usually ends up being at least 30. The parking lot can be a bit challenging and because of the roundabout, exiting the lot can be difficult.
They have recently added new items to their menu. They have fries, onion rings, subs, poutine etc. The subs are $6 for a foot long! Just keep in mind, it's only $6. I highly recommend that you order the subs while you are there so you can guide them. My first sub was called in and I regret it. The 2nd was better but my wife was not paying attention while they made it. We asked for it to be toasted but I think they nuked it. However, the poutine is $5 and it is huge. I realize the fries are frozen and the gravy is not made in house but it is still a very good poutine.

one of the tastiest and loaded affordable takeout pizzas In KW that I tried recently. I love their thin crust pizza and their housemade pizza sauce. Love that the pizzas were topped with generous amount of sauce and they do not skimp on your toppings ! The toppings are fresh and I love that they used real beef slices, not those crumble ground beef. The pizza held onto the toppings really well considering it was thin crust ! Their wings are also delicious! They have three locations - Check them out for your next pizza cravings !

I went in to place an order, after being a regular customer for quite some time. I was told it would take 15 minutes (which is rarely accurate). They ended up making the wrong pizza, didn't tell me, didn't offer me that one, and remade it. Meanwhile the poutine was sitting out for 12 minutes while they made a new pizza. I pointed out that it had been sitting there and the owner said not to worry about it, it's hot. It's warm, not hot, and fries get soggy.

No refund, no discount, no offer to remake the poutine. NOTHING but an I'm sorry. They didn't even communicate that it would be another 15 minutes.

And the pizza was undercooked.

I won't be going back.

I tried the Jalapeño Poppers for the first time. It was hot and extremely tasty. I ate them at the bus stop just down the street. Finished the last one just before the bus showed up. Under $10 dollars for about 7 pieces. Great snack. Second visit in November 2023, I visited and had a medium pizza and chicken tenders. Very tasty and delicious. Another time I ordered the Medium Meatlovers. Ohhh so good. Try out their Meatlovers Sub.
