Edit: have to edit this after having some the next day, this is the least amount of toppings ive ever had on a pizza. Gunna be getting grannys from now on.

Sometimes good sometimes not very much toppings. Not sure if its cause i just said pepporoni and haiwannian, didnt actually ask for the heavy haiwannian and pepporoni power but the price wasnt any less.

I suggest never using there online ordering , this is the 3rd time they forgotten my garlic bread , and I called and there saying its not on there but its on my bill and on my past order. customer service is a joke, i even put on special instructions dont forget garlic bread oh my lord lol cant believe im getting heated over garlic bread but thats 35$ for nothing then 20$ tips weoooooooooooooo get some people who know how apologize for there mistakes disrespectful lol

One of the best pizza's I've ever had. We ordered a large The Taco and it was filled with toppings. My 2 and 4 year old both had 2 pieces and we were all full. If you love the traditional full crust pizzas, this is the place to go. Service was great, everytime I went up to the counter, there was someone there to serve me promptly. This is more then just a pizza shop, they also offer ice cream and shakes as well. Unfortunately, they stopped dining in due to covid restrictions, we would have loved to stay and eaten there.

Best pizza on the island so far had a few friends recommend this place this is a heavy pizza loaded and cooked to perfection if your a fan of old school pizza and not a fan of this new trend of thin crust pizzas with almost no toppings give this place a try. Also we got two small pizzas way more food then two people could eat for less then $35 and the young guy at the till was super helpful.
Thanks guys we will be back.

A heavy delicious pizza 🍕
Ordered a large taco pizza as it the only place I could find in port alberni that offered it. It was so loaded with toppings that we had a taco salad after we where done eating it (which took 2 days to finish). I was happy overall with the fresh toppings,size,service and cook time.
Also tried the fried pickles which where more like chips than the typical spears I was expecting but was still good 👍
You will be full if you order from here that's for sure.

In our search for a good pizza in town, we have tried some other locally owned pizza places here in Port Alberni and Pizza Factory wins hands down.

We ordered the Hot Bacon Delight and it was really good, the crust was delightfully crispy and the toppings were generous. Also the Funnel Fries are bomb! 🙂

I ordered a chicken pizza and my grand daughter choked on a bone that was in it. When I called, the owner laughed and called me a liar. NEVER order from this place!
