I did online order, this was the email I received:

Unfortunately we were unable to place your order at the Kapuskasing - 2 Brunelle Road N hut, but don’t worry we haven’t taken any payment.

You can still place your order with the hut by giving them a call on (705) 319-0099
i Have I been charged?

No, we have not taken payment for your order. however, your card provider may have reserved the funds for us to do so. We have requested for this to be removed which they should process in the next 3 working days.

*I DID CALL THE SAME NIGHT AND GOT MESSAGE THAT LOCATION IN KAPUSKASING WAS CLOSED PLUS I WAS NOT REFUNDED AS PER EMAIL. THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY

Ordered here 3 times. Got a pizza with extra pepperoni (had to pay 3.25 PER TOPPING) & i got like 10 pepperonis on the whole pizza. I’m not the one to complain so i just ordered another pizza cause it was a promo. I got the same thing about 10 pepperonis so i asked if there’s extra & the lady told me they were under the cheese (which is disgusting as they were raw & there was only about 16 pepperonis total that i counted) this was a large pizza. I was very disappointed & didn’t eat the pizza. I would like a refund but nobody is anwsering the phone.

I ordered 3 large and 1 medium vegetarian pizza yesterday, and order was not correctly made. One of the pizza we ordered was supposed to be pineapple and jalapeño and instead we got the same ingredients as the other pizza’s. It wasn’t a really nice experience because all the toppings was in the middle and the outer side had only dough on it.
Definitely won’t be getting any pizzas from them now on!!

Reported the driver for inappropriate behavior and no repercussions were made. Instead, I was blacklisted for deliveries. Doesn’t make sence? I was professional about it, never rude nor disrespectful. I did not express my anger about the situation. I just reported what happened so it didn’t happen to someone else. Instead of Pizza Hut taking this serious, I was penalized. I tried getting help from higher up and was told that they would contact the Pizza Hut and it’s been months with no call back.

Ordered 60$ (apparently) didn't get the toppings right, dough's raw tried to call to have it fixed nobody's answering the phone... Tipped because it was a fast delivery... but I didn't get what I wanted in the slightest... thanks......

Ordered over the phone and was told 20 minutes. Got to the store, paid and was told another 10 minutes. In total I waited an hour for a pizza that wasn’t even made correctly with not even an apology. What’s the point in having an exclusive menu when they’re always sold out of half of it? This was totally disappointing. Save your money.

The wings are really good, that's about all I can say that's positive there. Bought a large Hawaiian a little while back when I went to try it the pineapple was hard like a rock and the ham was super dry and tasted very nasty and not sure if it was the pizza but I was sick for 2 days after.
