A few weeks ago Someone belongs to P.O 246 took my parcel and have not returned back to me even after getting letter for misunderstanding of Wrong P. O box. That’s being very sad that Nobody at Canada Post wants to help or seems to care. They are very irresponsible and not even ask for ID or verify if they are giving packages to the right person or not.

Lost important ID not once but twice. Lost my PO box even though I filled out their little blue cards they send you every 6 months or so in order to acknowledge that your still in town. No explanation or care about any of these inconveniences. Worst Post Office ever.

Always friendly staff who are over worked/understaffed.
BUT who ever deals with actually getting parcels to the correct location seems to rather send back to sender than actually use their one brain cell to try get the parcel to the correct person. They email repeated updates on tracking but they can't use that same email address to let you know that there is a supposed issue with the address or some other minor discrepancy, nope, straight back to sender. How about save yourself some gas money on return journeys and employ someone who can use a keyboard with more than one button to actually deliver the parcels. This may also sound crazy but my phone number is in your system! Its 2021 you don't have to use a pigeon.
This was my second parcel and second failed delivery. How many more peoples time are you wasting!?

I've dealt with our Canada Post branch a lot and ship multiple items per month for my home business. They are awesome. Treat them with respect and patience, they are lovely people and work hard. They deal with a lot from us.

Probably among the worlds worst monopolies... Won't deliver to your home, hours inconvenient for anyone working as much as I do... Customer service non-existent (Call this 1800# then stay on hold for 30min). Won't allow my GF with my ID to pick up for me... As if some total stranger would steal my ID then know that I have a package arriving. If you can't stay open past 5pm or before 8am, then give the business to an organization that will, or deliver it to an address. Totally useless if you need anything within a predictable amount of time...

If I could give less than 1 I would. I wish I opened a box at the local drug store instead of here. Ladies are rude and demanding while not being helpful at all constantly suggesting to do things "online" instead of helping the customer in-store. Packages have taken days to find after being "delivered", worst post office I have ever dealt with.

Two months and counting to get a mailing address and box. Nobody at Canada Post wants to help or seems to care. Literally impossible to access if you have a job due to the ludicrously short opening hours and generally huge wait times. To be clear, this is not the fault of front line staff, who are generally nice and helpful, but rather sloppy management who are accountable to nobody.
