I have dealt with the John Deere location in Oliver since it's opening. I have found the manager, Simon, to be extremely helpful and personable. Most recently, Simon recognized my full warranty was about to lapse on my 5115R so contacted me to arrange for an inspection by one of their field techs to ensure everything was good prior to warranty lapsing.
The field tech, Doug, was outstanding...very knowledgeable and conscientious making several relevant suggestions about service and some lesser known operational details. At the conclusion of his inspection and service he went so far as to sweep out the tractor and clean the windows.
As we all know, tractors are not an inexpensive investment on a farm, having a helpful dealer that is trustworthy goes a long way in making things work on a farm. I would absolutely recommend the Oliver branch for assistance with purchase or service.

Excellant Service in Oliver!!! today Doug came out with his mobile truck, quickly fixed the problem on the Deere tractor and it was up and running quickly! Plus he found another mechanical problem while he was here and since he knows these tractors so well, had that issue fixed too. Very impressed and thank you Prairie Coast for the great job! Doug is the best!
