Super service! Notre véhicule a tombé en panne a Cabano au Quebec et tous les vehicules de location était loué dans la région entre Edmundston et Rivière du Loup ainsi que tout les hôtels de la région. Une chance que Premium Location Auto Rental était là pour nous dépanner. Je recommende fortement cette enterprise pour sa fiabilité et son professionalisme. Encore une fois un gros merci !!!!

Lors de l'essai de la Tesla chez Premium Auto Rental, ce que j'ai aimer du service, surtout du temps COVID, est que nous pouvons aller chercher une voiture sans avoir a rencontrer personne. Simplement besoin d'aller au local et a l'aide d'un pin, j'ai pris la carte et suis parti avec la TESLA. Service Impeccable rapide et tres efficace. Je recommende se service a tous les gens qui desirent faire une location de voiture.

My experience for rental was SUPER, espacially within COVID, what i like is we can go rent a vehicle without having to meet with anyone. I was told to when I pass by, I would only need to enter a PIN to have access to the card for the TESLA and then go on. Great experience, would recommend this rental service to anyone.

I was far from home and in dire straits. My Honda blew up on a Saturday morning and I was still 3 hours from my destination with the Honda service department not open until Monday morning. My husband back home made a call to Joey at Premium (all the other rental places were closed) and was reassured immediately that he would take care of me. Take care of me he did. In spades. He showed up not 3 minutes later to escort me to his rental office and fixed me up with the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. I signed the contract for 2 weeks, but decided I didn't need it past 3 days. He was very accommodating in my return of the vehicle early, and even reminded me to fill up with gas to save myself a few bucks before he signed the vehicle back in. Joey was personable and very service oriented. Highly recommend.

We were recently in a severe collision and we are from windsor ontario so we were displaced and in a dominant french Community not only did Joe answer and speak very good english he also picked us up after hours. After hearing our story he put us in a all wheel drive mercedes suv being the safest car on his lot. The vehicle was amazing very safe and easy to drive but was affordable as well. He went over and above to get us back on our travels safely and helped us the entire way through this experience. We highly recommend anyone to utilize Joe's services in an emergency or just for any personal car rental if we could give a 10 star rating we would thanks again Joe for everything you helped us with

Excellent customer service. I had an emergency and I needed a car rental over weekend. The owner, Daniel was super helpful and got me a vehicle at the earliest. Daniel was available outside office hours and even came to pick us from hotel. We need such local business entrepreneurs.

After finding ourselves stranded in Edmundston due to car trouble while on route to PEI from ON, we were in need of a drive to Fredericton. The local motel owner recommended Joey to us. Joey picked us up promptly and drove us to Fredericton. We enjoyed a sweet ride in his Tesla, had wonderful conversation, and he made us feel safe & at ease! Joey was a lifesaver!
