This driver continuously blocks all 4 lanes when he delivers. He has been asked multiple times to stop and he just is completely ignorant when spoken to. This company needs to assess their customer service and driver care!

Their driver of PTC 102 has no respect for handicap parking stalls. He continually parks in one unload his goods. I have spoken to him and his dispatcher. All they did was pay me lips service. I have personally caught him three times.

Disgusted. I have been a long-term, high-volume customer who ships to schools in the Edmonton area. Although they are usually on time for pick-up, you cannot rely on them to deliver on time or even same day. We base our business around a two day local delivery as a result due to their unreliability. This has been the norm for a period of time however, so at least we have adapted. What really got my goat was this year, they decided arbitrarily to charge a huge extra fee for every single shipment I delivered to a school with the explanation that schools are inconvenient" for their company. They neither advertised this fee nor informed me of it`s application in advance. They simply invoiced me and the charges were applied. When I called to dispute, I was treated like garbage. Use another shipper.

They on many occasions were very late for rush deliveries/ pickups. And a few times they didn't even show up. It would matter to them if it was there pay cheque that wasn't getting delivered.
