Had a very unpleasant experience with one of your drivers recently who seems to frequent my area- I was walking my dog on a public sidewalk and while waiting for my dog to use the bathroom, an older woman in a Primetime company vehicle began to honk her car horn at me while mounting the sidewalk and attempting to park her vehicle on said sidewalk, almost making contact with me in her vehicle. I attempted to ask her why she was parking her car on a public sidewalk and using her car horn to make a pedestrian make way for her illegal parking, but she attempted to make excuses and argue with me so I decided to walk away. I was taken aback by the sense of entitlement she believed she had to park on a pedestrian sidewalk, especially while a pedestrian was simply walking on it, and the fact that someone would usher a pedestrian away with their horn to commit the illegal parking job.

I've been using primetime for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased! From onboarding by Pratik and booking shipments with the team, it's just super plain and simple. Even, our customers started complimenting about their service - 'I really like the new guys you're using!'. Their pricing is phenomenal and everyone around the GTA should be using them. All the drivers are very kind and understanding of all our deliveries. Keep up the great work team!

I called to check on my third party delivery, they had it marked a a same day service wich is buy 5pm i asked the gentleman Tristan to upgrade it, put on hold for less than a minute and said no problem you'll have it within the next 2 hours.

I just want to say this company has amazing staff. I had some packages delivered to my door that were for The home down the street so I had called them to let them know and Stella was kind enough to come and see, well it ended up being Amazon packages not Prime time. I am not able to walk so I wasn't able to do anything. She is such a great person she took the Amazon packages and took them to the right home and she didn't have to do that. She's an amazing young lady and my god always bless her. Great company
