Ask your drivers to drive safe!!! He almost slammed in me by overtaking sooo closely, not even sure if it was unintentional. There was no cars on highway other than two of us but he chose to come close to overtake, have the recording on my dashcam with number plate visible.

It was a bad one with taxi no P06 at hospital main entrance ,1900hr of March 17 2025. I had a booking with him, he called me for notification and I was there in a jiffy but only for me to see him negotiating with another passenger, I gave him a signal that I’m for the taxi but he ignored me, I called him, he ended the call and drove off. I’m wondering why a driver would not be able to correspond passenger with the booking name, this is becoming unacceptable for because this has happened many times

We have always had a good experience with Prince George Taxi. Drivers have been respectful, courteous, and very helpful. Today I was shown that there is still Faith in Humanity, A few PG Taxi employees went above and beyond to make sure I got home safely this evening, when they easily could have disregarded my situation. I will forever be grateful for the kind gestures and will always have good things to say about the people who work for this company! Thank you PG Taxi!

Absolute A S S. Call center doesn’t know how to do their job right, will straight up argue with you and hang up on you. No notification upon arrival, theres no way you can track your driver’s ETA, driver will cancel your ride without notice. After waiting half an hour and getting my ride canceled twice, the third time I asked the dispatcher (sounded like a middle aged white woman) if the driver could possibly give me a call or give me some sort of notification to alert me of their arrival instead of just driving off. I was told “NO if you want a taxi you gotta be ready for it outside”. The App is useless, won’t let you register. Driver will question you why you didn’t go for his car first. Keep in mind this is not a single isolated occurrence, it’s a montage.

I got a ride home Saturday night and left my bag in the cab. I was quite certain I left it as I had doorbell video footage showing I left with it but did not arrive with it. I called the dispatch twice in one day and she said nothing was returned but would call me if it was. Never took my name or number. I called again today and got a different gentlemen who actually took the time to look up my ride and contacted the driver. The driver then phoned me and said he thought I left my bag as collateral for not paying. I said I clearly paid otherwise why would they have let me leave the cab? He agreed to bring it to me but it took 3 phone calls and a sketchy situation. Will not be riding with them again. Beware of your belongings!

They need to stop dei hiring practices and hire people that are suited and qualified for the job. Very few drivers are good. The new ones are usually terrible, rude. Etc

If you use mobility aids like a fold up wheelchair, some drivers will cancel their ride and one charged me $5 extra for a big trunk. I waited 45 minutes while 4 cars cancelled and after phoning the office and complaining- 30 min later I got a cab. Never using them again

Before today's incident my experience was really good with pg taxi but when I today booked taxi num pg 10 for some really urgent work but the way he talk is totally disappointed.i think he don't have sense how to serve customer service I think he need training and please don't send him on road for service untill that person get proper training and improve their way of talking .he is Indian guy not all indian taxi drivers are bad but because of that kind of people our community facing harsh words .he totally spoil my day with his disrespectful words .
