I was appalled by the racist look and demeanor of the cashier, Karen, during my visit today. Her behavior made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on this establishment.Its not first come first it's white people come first.

I just called to ask about parts. I struggled through the website and couldn't find what I was looking for because I don't have enough automotive knowledge to know what I needed, so I figured I'd call and ask for help. at first it set me up with an automated system over the phone, asking me for the code of the part I needed. I have no idea what the code for the part I need is so I called again and had it go through to the actual store, and they picked up the phone only to immediately hang up.

Buyer beware, Or will get cheated . Purchased a gas can was over charged for the same, showed the price tag at shelf and when requested for scanner price accuracy code policy Hayna, the manager on duty informed princess auto is not the participant and customer be awake ….

Love shopping here but I think it's under new management. Last couple of times there has been a store employee following me around. Not sure what that's about. I'm 67 and haven't ever stolen anything out of a store in my life and don't plan on starting now. Lol

Princess Auto is one of those stores where they probably have almost anything you could possibly think of. Tools, gardening, farming, automotive, truck and trailer parts, lights and accessories. Welding, hydraulics, equipment, hunting, fishing, camping supplies. I'm sure you get the idea. But honestly you have to check it out if you have never been in to any of their stores.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and all in all, just one of my favorite stores.
Plus they have premixed 40:1 and 50:1 two cycle fuel. I find it really handy to keep one kicking around because if I don't have much sawing to do it saves me mixing up a full can of fuel. And it seems to not turn sour as fast either.

I like this store, i can pop in and grab whatever I need quickly, and be gone.
It's a good location as well, near my bank, so not out of the way.

Little bit of everything when it comes to hardware and accessories.
Would be nice if many of the prices were not scratched off for whatever reason.
The staff have been friendly on every visit.
