I pulled into a pilot in Bath. Ny for fuel. I pulled into one lane and got out. I noticed the driver in the other lane sitting in his truck eating. I proceeded to get fuel and the pump wasn't working. So I backed up and got behind your driver. He didn't even move. The lane next to him opened up so I pulled in that one. The driver get out with a smile on his ugly face and decided to wash his mirrors. I said you think you are funny? Stop taking your 30 at the pumps. So I finished fueling and a pilot worker was there. I mentioned to him about the driver blocking the pumps to take his 30. He went over and asked him to move forward and the driver got out and washed his mirrors again. So I decided to take a pic of this "driver" and he flips me off. What a piece of work.

Ignore the whining morons that come here to complain about being cutoff or not liking a parking job. I’ve used this trucking company for over a decade for my cross border runs and every delivery arrives safe and on time. Pricing has always been very competitive on LTL and drivers have always been professional and courteous.

One of their drivers truck #158 was just aggressively tailgating my car on 401 for no reason and flashing highbeams then swerved into me on 427 north before exiting to 409/401 east. Extremely dangerous and should not be driving.

Just had the displeasure of watching one of their drivers cutting in and out of traffic like he's driving a sports car rather than a semi. He cut so close in front of one car, with a no warning lane change without enough space that he ran that car off of the road into the police use u-turn opening. Had that not been there that car would have been into the guard rail. Then he swerved immediately back into the slow lane and again right back into the fast lane. Trailer number was T-279, I-86 west bound in 5 o'clock traffic. Called the company and got an attitude from some guy who could clearly care less if their drivers get people killed.

READ THE UPDATE! 🙂

Their driver intentionally hit my truck in a road rage incident, and ran.

Their Safety & Compliance officer, Leon, was laughably evasive. I offered to drive me truck to their yard to compare scratch marks and paint samples with their equipment, but they weren't interested. Leon acknowledged he knew who was driving the truck, but refused to supply critical information for the police report.

Document everything about this carrier and go straight to the police; don't bother dealing directly with this bottom-feeding operation.

UPDATE: I had a lot of fun repeatedly calling this company about this incident till whoever it was on the phone ('Leon'?) snapped and screamed "Our driver didn't hit your truck, YOU hit our truck!" ...I pointed out that he'd finally agreed that our equipment had made contact and that we were now obligated to exchange the relevant information, etc. He was furious, and threatened to call the police! Please, Leon! Do so!

Seriously, if you ever call this company, ask to speak to Leon. I don't think anyone named Leon actually works there, and it was hilarious to hear him sputter "It's NOT Leon! IT'S NOT LEON!!"

I was out in my tiny sedan (Hyundai Elantra) with my husband and two small children when truck number T-265 decided he didn't want slow down or get over (despite it being clear for him to do so) for us to merge onto a highway. He proceeded tailgate us until my husband then followed the road rules said driver neglected to obey. It's as if he intentionally sped up when we merged on.

A driver of this company almost ran me into a concrete divider. Once I was home I found their number and called. 1st guy put me on hold. 2nd person asked how I got their # and I said the Internet and he said you're on the Internet now, driving. I said no, I'm home. He asked why I didn't brake and I said I was on the highway. It's worse to come to a complete stop on the highway! Absurd and if you call them they don't say what business they are. I was in front of the truck and he increased his speed.

Truck driver starts pulling out of his parked position and proceeds to block both sides of the road as I approach crossing a traffic light during morning rush hour. I assume he is just turning into the other side of the road, but he comes to a complete stop. So I stop as well. He then backs up into a business. As he does so, he looks at me, glares, and starts shouting profanities. If you're doing a delivery during rush hour, the least you can do is attempt to reduce the inconvenience to local traffic. But shouting profanities? This guy is insane.
