Excellent service from Matt and Don to pump my tank and also replace the pump. They were able to come on short notice and did a great job fixing poor work by a previous owner. Won't hesitate to make them my first call next time.

Matt is absolutely amazing. 9pm on a Friday night I’m in a right panic with a drainage issue at my rental property. He responded within 3 mins to my online inquiry was willing to come out right away if I deemed it an emergency (thank goodness it could wait till day light). Messaged me first thing in the morning to set up a time to come and have a look.

It ended up being quite the blockage and took some serious patience and work to get through but he never gave up and even did an extra good flush to make sure the line were completely blockage free.

Matt was so friendly and made a very stressful situation much easier. I’ve used Blockbuster in the past and already knew I would never call them again but 100% if I ever need anything done Matt will be the one I call.

Matt and crew were super awesome to work with! Matt is incredibly quick with his response times, easy to talk to about concerns and offers fair pricing (in my opinion). They came out to locate, inspect and pump out our septic system. Upon inspection, one of the pipes was packed with roots but thankfully Matt and crew were equipped for the job and managed to completely clear out the roots. You can really tell they care about their work and making sure the job gets done properly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Pro Septix to anyone and will continue to use them in the future!

Not enough stars for Pro Septic's great service, quick response and communication times and a full array of proven extraxtion to design and install capabilities. The amount of knowledge and professionalism is favolulous. We have other properties that we won't have to search another septic company for now.
