I’ve been waiting weeks for an Affidavit of Attempted Service that I paid for in full. After some initial back and forth, including multiple follow-ups and a clearly stated deadline, the company has gone completely silent — no response, no delivery. This delay has seriously affected a time-sensitive legal matter.

I remained patient and respectful throughout the process, but this level of unresponsiveness and lack of accountability is unacceptable — especially from a service provider handling legal documents.

Affradable Process Server initially email me the affidavit, but the defendant’s name was incorrect. Despite my multiple follow-up emails to request them correct the wrong name, Affradable Process Server repeatedly made errors about the defendant’s name. The correct affidavit was finally emailed to me too late(almost 20 days later), after the court hearing had already passed. As a result, the affidavit was already useless.

So I requested a refund through the Better Business Bureau, but the Affradable Process Server ignored the message from Better Business Bureau. This company is extremely incompetent, and I do not recommend that you get involved with such a company too much. Because this company does not provide refunds even if the service was not completed properly.

I had the pleasure of working with Adnan and Affordable Process Servers for a family matter in Ontario for service in Vancouver. They are extremely knowledgeable and will seamlessly guide you through the entire process. They promptly served the individual even though it took a couple of attempts to locate and serve them.

Everything was included in the affordable service package so I didn’t need to spend any additional money to complete service.
They even promptly completed the Affidavit of Service Form, as per court required time-frames, in spite of a few errors I had made when filling it out by correcting them. They are available any time you need help or have questions over the phone.

This company gave us fast service and handled our documents with care. They served it on two persons one of whom is a very difficult person. After he was served, he denied having been served. However the process server has kept excellent notes that identify the person that was served VERY ACCURATELY. When questions were raised, the process server and management responded in a timely manner by giving us the notes. They promise they are there and can be counted on to provide any other information that the Courts require.

We paid an affordable rate for this great service. They are well experienced and highly rates professionals. They can be trusted with the most complicated tasks. I thank them.

I work as a lawyer in Ontario. I recently had a complicated agency matter that required a process server to make inquiries and do pick up at the Abbotsford airport. Affordable Process Servers made the inquiries on a rush basis same day. After contacting other agencies who declined to help, Affordable agreed to assist immediately. When it became apparent that the pick up was not possible at Abbotsford, Affordable made a special trip across to Vancouver International Airport in rush hour traffic the same evening to follow up. Agents were patient, resourceful and tenacious. They spent hours on the job with real time updates and drove across the city for 2 hours when no-one else was able or willing to do so.
