I've used shkopich twice for septic tank services. The first time there was no problems, they parked on the street and did their job properly. The second time (yesterday) while it was raining, the guy drove across the whole front yard wrecking the grass and also wrecked the septic tank lid. He said nothing and drove off taking no accountability. I found the broken lid by myself. I phoned to let Shkopich know and they said they will replace the lid, but are now saying they wont replace the lid because there was a "pre existing crack". supposedly. You don't tell someone you're going to replace something and then go back on your word. horrible service. Tell your guys next time to take responsibility when they break something and not just leave for the owners to find.
