Purely Canadian Movers made our long-distance move from Mission to Radium an absolute breeze! From the very first interaction, I knew I was in good hands with Iris. Her professionalism, wealth of information, and clear explanations of the moving process immediately put me at ease. My gut instinct told me to trust her, and I’m so glad I did! She offered a rare "guaranteed not to exceed" rate, which stood out from competitors who charged by weight—an unpredictable and often costly approach.

The moving team of four was exceptional! A heartfelt thank you to Tim, who led the job with humor and efficiency, Ronnie, whose kindness and connection with our son left a lasting impression, Anthony, who handled all the driving like a pro, and "Costco," whose strength on Day 1 was nothing short of legendary. Each team member brought their A-game and made the experience seamless.

Special thanks to Ed, the operations manager, for running such a well-oiled machine. Everything went exactly as planned, and the team even came in under budget—a rare and welcome surprise! Excellent experience from the estimate to the finished move from Port Coquitlam, BC to Manitoba in January! You worry about moving scams, but not with this company. They are honest, fair, capable, reasonable and efficient. Customer service was excellent all through, all promises were kept 100%. Any timelines we were given were carried through to the minute. The moving crew was just as great as the customer service team. The truck crew was careful, efficient, hardworking, yet very personable. They took all the stress out of the process and we never worries about our possessions. We were lucky to have the same crew at load and unload. If we ever move again, they will be our first call. Highest recommendation!

Great movers! Professional, efficient and hard workers who are very skilled in moving everything! Very happy with their service, they moved very valuable items for 12 hours flawlessly. Thank you Charles, Trenn, Anthony, John, David, and, Colin. They disassembled, packed and put everything in the right rooms perfectly. My only critical comment would be on Iris for under quoting the job by 4 hours and two half trucks, which ended up being two full trucks/ 12 hrs - the movers conquered the move either way. Ed on the phone is also pleasant!

This crew was absolutely THE Best! A bit late to start but the rest of the experience with Larry, Adam and Zack, the initial team members, was positive, professional, efficient and pleasant. The addition of two others brought in to ensure the deadline for using the elevator at new location made everything come together perfectly. Each of the movers seemed to go out of their individual way to make the work go smoothly and oh so well; really cannot say enough about the service Purely Canadian provided - first class all the way from iris coming to my suite to provide the estimate to the move being completed, not only on time but actually below the estimated quote. If others are treated as well you will be in outstanding care.

Purely Canadian Movers was great for our move which was to the province next door! Shawn's organization/quote and then Cody's moving skills made this a flawless experience. Shawn is friendly, down to earth, and doesn't apply pressure on customer. He was truly interested in making things work well timing wise (which was very important for us) and listened patiently (I discussed things a few times before signing up!) and he paid attention to details, offered a very fair price and stayed in contact. Cody was an amazing mover - he was punctual, came prepared with everything you could need and he is clearly clever and very efficient. He is so strong and gets things done quickly but with care. No damage at all happened to our belongings which included a bike and mirrored dressers! I have had 3 previous moves with different companies and so I am able to compare some experiences. For this particular move, I had contacted 5 companies and got 4 quotes before settling on Purely Canadian which impressed me from the start. Both Shawn at the office and Cody on the moving field demonstrate excellent good work ethics - reliability, integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this company and will use them for another move that will happen next year.

one word: amazing! I found myself in a jam where I not only had to move on the same day I called but also within a window of time. I spoke to Sean who was very understanding, friendly and helped accommodate my last minute request. I also spoke to another guy (Ed, I believe) who also was very understanding (not to mention funny!) and kept me updated throughout the morning on when the movers would get to me. They sent 3 moves who were super nice and got down to business right away. They were extremely professional. I am so grateful for their help and would recommend anyone use their service!
