I am very frustrated with this courier. The delivery guy arrived and my 10-year-old son answered the door. The guy said that someone had to sign so my son informed him that I was in the room. The guy just gave him a "Sorry we missed you" paper and told my son to give it to me. I ran out and when I went out, he was gone. I called the courier and informed them of what happened. The woman I spoke to said that there was an ATTEMPTED delivery and that NO ONE was home. She said that I need to pick up the package the next day instead. I was so frustrated because I have been waiting for that package to arrive since I needed it asap! The delivery guy could have just asked my son to call me and I could have just went out and received the package. Never again.

The people writing these reviews are almost exclusively commenting on Purolator’s overall service. This isn’t the place to do that - go to the BBB, or write a review on a blog. This is about the specific location in question here.

The staff here are very friendly. The facility is almost right off of the highway, and easy to find/access. I would recommend avoiding it during rush hour. Try to leverage their online tools and don’t do what I did - going to pick up my package before I got the confirmation text.

I recently had an occasion to reach out to Purolator’s customer service due to an undelivered package. The interaction, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations. The representative I spoke with came across as less than helpful and did not convey the politeness that one would expect in a customer service scenario. This was disappointing, as every customer relies on support staff for assistance and expects a certain level of courtesy and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and that Purolator will use it to improve their customer service training, ensuring that future interactions are positive and productive for all customers.

We had an woderful experience while sending our document. Kayren( girl with ginger hair). she is soo sweet and soo supportive. 10/10 customer service by her. God love her. will only come back if she would be there

Didn't have tracking number ready so finding package was hard.

Update:
Thank you for your response. My comment was about the difficulty I had on the website. I realize that a tracking number would have been great to have, but the sender didn't provide one in the emails they sent. I was hoping (somewhat naively) that I could have found my order with the sender's order number or by my name.
Regardless, the driver (route 24C) tried again the next day and was extremely helpful. He even commented that getting delivery options when set on the website may take some time to come into effect and helped me to create a request with him and the next time he came by, he provided me with a NSR sticker. Excellent service there.
I'll see if I can update the website with this information.

By far the worst courier service I've ever had to deal with. It took 3 delivery attempts and I still failed to get my package. The first two attempts was apparently due to road closures/construction (which is easily avoidable if you come from the other side and used Google maps for instance).

At this point I contacted purolator and told them I could pick up the package myself (after each attampt), but they refused saying it was already in the delivery vehicle and they would attempt again. So I gave them my phone number and told them to contact me the when delivery driver had issues again.

The third time was due to "receiver unavailable", for context I was at home the entire day. The delivery definitely reached my home this time. I'm not sure if they knocked but I'm sure that they did not ring the doorbell, no phone calls nothing, just left again. Me nor the other 2 people at home heard anyone outside the door. So this attempt was marked as a failure too. It's clear that the people who deliver packages are not trying at all, they are just wasting my time and theirs too.

So I have to go pickup the package myself tommorow, I would already have collected the package myself if customer service listened to me in the beginning.

I advice you to avoid using their service, or at least go for the pick-up option if need be. For a company on shipping and delivery, they do a terrible job at it.

Was told from a government source that a parcel was due for delivery around 12 pm and decided to wait for it to get here instead of doing anything had the same purolator truck drive up and down the street three times and instead of going to every place on his delivery that are in the same area he’s constantly running around waisting time.

Flagged the driver down asking why he can’t just deliver everything in one area at a time then going back and forth for no apparent reason his excuse sounded like a bunch of childish complaints after asking if he could just give me my parcel for my home address he says he doesn’t have it on his delivery schedule anymore.

This is the forth time I’ve had to use purolator to deliver an important package and I already can’t stand how lazy and stupid their drivers are I don’t understand how someone can drop mail off to the wrong address even though my house has the number very clear in bigger numbers to be very easily readable.

To say none the least purolator is the worst delivery company in the entire area if not the continent. Poor service, Useless Drivers, Customer care not important to them.

If a negative rating could be placed then I’m sure many would do the same because this is not a 4 star company many a -4 star company!
