This must be the worst shipping company in Canada. I am trying to call them about an undelivered parcel and have been on hold for 20 minutes. On the tracking page it states that they tried to deliver the parcel at 11:58am today. Not true, as I was home all day and my buzzer never sounded and my phone never rang. I can tell by all the 1-star reviews how useless they are. If you can, use a different delivery company. I'm only using them because this is who Telus uses and I had no choice. Now receiving a replacement cable box for my defective one is delayed even more.

I let you into my building to deliver a package but you just leave a sticker behind. There was no reason not to leave the package behind at my door. And it cant even be picked up for over 24 hours. GREAT. All your reviews are shitty, when are you going to address your awful service?

Ordered 3 packages that got shipped through Purolator, received 1. One, is lost, and the other is being sent back to seller without notifying me. I got a notification that they could not deliver my package because my address needed updating- so I did. The next day, same error message. I then just said fine send it to a pickup location and I will pick it up but nope they just returned it to seller without any notice to me. It was a shirt for my dad for Christmas that I ordered last month. Extremely disappointed in purolator, for such a large company with much experience you would hope they knew what they’re doing.

To sum it up, don’t have high hopes when purolator is shipping your package because there’s a 33% chance you’ll receive it.

The only shipper that routinely struggles with delivering packages. They do not attempt delivery even when I am at home. To date I have never received a package and have to pick-up the package at a pick-up location.

Oh man, what experience i had with purolator they are worst at delivering your parcel. My parcel supposed to be delivered on Thursday and today is Tuesday and I have no idea when I an going to get it. I called the customer service and they just gave me the information I can see on my tracking page which is useless.

I'm pretty sure Purolator has never actually delivered a package to me, not once. They just leave a slip for me to drive across town and pick it up, it's completely unacceptable at this point.

No name or address on building it is located at Staples. No indication at all.
Drove around for half hour.
Tried phoning but that's out of province some kind of headquarters.

Hit and miss with these guys. Moslty miss. I would probably go with Fedex or UPS before choosing Purolator. I've had a dozen or more packages delivered this year, and the only ones that end up being late are Purolator. Not just a day or two late, but stupidly late (multiple weeks). I understand there may be some logistic problems and weather can be an issue, but if a package sits in a warehouse one hour drive from my home for two weeks, I don't think you can blame weather. I can drive to that location and all the other couriers are delivering!
Update: Down to 1 star now. Another year of them being the only shipper that fails to deliver. Will avoid any future purchases that involve purolator
