My cargo has been showing as delivered for three days. They send emails every day saying they will deliver it today, but at the end of the day I still don't have my cargo. They update it saying it will arrive the next day. I can't find anyone to contact. I don't know where my cargo is and why it hasn't arrived. I went and wanted to pick it up myself. They didn't help me there either. It's a disgraceful system. I really don't understand brands that work with this company.

I don't understand why none of the packages I've had fulfilled by Puralator are EVER delivered to my door. My order has been in the car for 3 days. They keep leaving it for the next day. They never deliver my order to my home. They are an irresponsible and careless team that does not take responsibility.

I don't understand why none of the packages I've had fulfilled by Puralator are EVER delivered to my door. How are overworked and underpaid Amazon/Intelcom drivers figure out getting into my complex with no buzzer, deliver my package at my door, but unionized, fairly paid CP/Puralator workers couldn't be arsed to even enter my building. Then make me pick up my packages at a run down corner store every single time. You get paid to deliver to my door, not to a quasi PO box 3 blocks away. The worst part is I never willingly choose Puralator, every time the choice is made for me.

I have a physical disability and your lazy drivers never attempt to deliver. Always marked as "no receiver available", when the driver never leaves the truck, and then I am forced to go to a pickup location that is 45 minutes from the nearest bus stop, and walk 90 minutes total in the snow with a heavy package, while disabled, because the lazy paid worker can't walk 10ft to knock... Maybe it's time we start a class action lawsuit against this company that fraudulently portrays itself as a delivery service.

Terrible, horrible, service. I have NO clue why they never send any emails, calls or even ring your DOOR BELL when they deliver packages or the time they'll arrive. Had a package (a laptop) that was supposed to be shipped today, but I was inside cleaning so I didn't know they had arrived. They are now delivering 3 days later because I wasn't there 2 HOURS EARLIER. They stop at my house, don't ring my doorbell and are surprised that "nobody is home." Called customer service and they were no help either, just told me it was ready to be delivered 3 days later. I didn't even choose to use the service, BestBuy did, and now I'm wishing I picked it up instead. TERRIBLE. AVOID USING IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED ON TIME!
