Tracked my package after it was not delivered and found message to contact cause address was wrong . So I called and sat on hold for over 40 min to find out they have the right address . So I gave them directions like I live in millwoods and then she told me they would get it to me by Tuesday. So because your driver cant find the place and I have to sit on hold for almost an hour i get to wait another 4 days for my shipment for them to just ding song and dash and hopefully I'm home. Absolutely unacceptable because if I was to pick it up they would not have it ready till Monday anyway.

I order regular from Amazon Prime. Purolater is the only delivery service who can't seem to deliver my packages. When I called customer service they said they could do nothing to help me. I just had to wait and hope. Their website says it's not a package it's a promise. That is the worst case of false advertising I have ever encountered. I called Amazon and told them I would buy nothing else delivered by Purolater. Reading the reviews I see that complaining to the company is useless, they don't care. Absolute worst service I have ever had.

Delivery was marked "Shipment delivered at: RECEPTION". But it wasn't delivered, and it's a house, there is no "reception" nor anything near my house that has a reception. When I call customer service, I'm told that the delivery person "left it at the back entrance". My house does not have a back entrance. The "resolution" of the case being escalated with Purolator was simply to re-state the driver's claim and tell me the case is closed. No accountability whatsoever. I've had to open claims with the merchants to have items resent. They didn't sound surprised by this outcome with this courier at all and assured me they'd file complaints from their end as well. Purolator didn't even try, not even a little bit.

Same. Ordered through best buy.. they said failed delivery and would contact me. They never did. I called at least 5x to no avail. They never came. Very annoyed and will never order through Best Buy nor use Purolator.

Was expecting a parcel today, stay at home. I saw the vehicle parking 20m from my home, the driver didn't get out and then left after 5 min. Now I have on the Purolator tracking website :

As others claim, they don't even attempt to contact you to say they have a package for you. Who knows if they were even at the residence. But my packages always end up in lingo or at the warehouse to go pick up which is super inconvenient. Just brutal. They need to figure it out. Been this way for the past few years.
