Unfortunately, after multiple experiences with this location, I cannot provide a positive review. The environment is consistently chaotic, with piles of packages and parcels cluttering both the office space and the hallway outside, creating a disorganized and unprofessional atmosphere.

Attempts to contact the location are equally frustrating—calls regarding undelivered shipments or inquiries about packages marked as delivered often go unanswered, and voicemails are not returned.

While some facilities may operate effectively under a system of organized chaos, this location lacks any semblance of organization or professionalism, falling far short of the standard I have come to expect from Purolator.

It's a pity you can't give less than 1 star here. You don't deserve even one star, calls are ignored. What am I paying for? What kind of service? I am waiting for an important package of documents, I take a day off on the day of delivery, and the package does not arrive. I corresponded through a robot that just goes around in circles, the phone is not answered for more than three hours, they just keep me on hold. Finally, they answered via Facebook, said that the package would be delivered by the end of the day, and again no one came, promised the next day, again I take a day off and again nothing, only the second time they completely ignore all possible numbers and accounts. AT THE MOMENT, THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN, and I have the opportunity and experience to compare with almost 17 countries.

Extremely terrible.

Delivery drivers do not follow instructions which result in major inconvenience and delays in getting packages.

And when I call the 1800 number. There never is anyone to answer nor does the automated assistant seem useful.

Twice now a package sent by Telus from Calgary by Purolator and Delivery driver in Victoria, BC didn’t text, call nor buzz my apartment both deliveries. He dumped my package that apparently I am responsible for re Telus, an Internet Service they signed me to without my approval, in our building entrance foyer. This Purolator delivery dump X 2 into my public building area foyer was weak at best. Packages have gone missing from this public space sadly. At least take the parcel to recipient’s apartment door.
ps I must add, Telus should require a Signature by Recipient as they do for returning same item to them. Telus puts a heavy price on equipment not returned. What if equipment delivered, no ‘Signature’ required, left in Public space and STOLEN ? Now who’s responsible? . . . . . . 🙄

This is the second time I've shown up to this location at a time the Google page said they'd be open, only to find out they were closed.

Being closed for the holidays or other events is fine, but if the only way I can find that out is through a poster on your door, then what's the point?

Failed to post their holiday hours online and no VR indicating they will be off during xmas and new years. Saw a few ppl like me trying to drop off a package and left with disappointment

The most unreliable courier service and honestly their drivers lack critical thinking Honestly they cannot understand how to deliver a package like actually get out of their vehicle and come i to the building and ring a door bell not fricken hard but too hard for them

The Purolator office is located to the left once you enter the building and is definitely only open during business hours. Parking is conveniently directly in front of the building entrance. I would strongly recommend this location for Purolator drop-offs as it's easily accessible, contrary to most other downtown dropbox locations.
