Absolutely the worst! I'm a small business owner and used Purolator for a delivery. Never again. The amount of damaged sustained to my product was inexcusable. They could not have damaged this more if they tried. No customer service, zero accountability. The worst. Find anyone else.

So far the package has not arrived it's 3 days late. Perfectly simple instructions and address are the exact same address as 100s of other packages from amazon.ca was told the address was faulty. It's not nor was it. Package should be here the next business day which means unlike intercom they don't work weekends. Pretty weak.

They are always good to me. I've even had some employees willing to stick around after close to allow me to pick up any orders, due to my being at work just after they are done for the day. Only thing is that I'd recommend adjusting business hours properly and update it online so patrons are informed because telling me you're closed at 5pm and your hours are listed until 6pm, is a little misleading. Other than that, top notch guys!

Once package reached Edmonton they didn't charge my son then called him 2 weeks later demanding payment. And kept calling and calling for 11 bucks my son was sick and they still insisted.

Horrible service. I'm surprised Purolator continues to use Bill's News. They service is horrible. I just had a package sent back that I was not even notified about. They claimed there was no phone number on the package, and on further investigation the number was on the package. Beyond that, Google is not hard to use to look up a company phone number!

I wanted to send a package to Nova Scotia less than 100 grams.... they wanted 67$ for 6 business day delivery....Canada Post was 22$ and was sent from Dawson on Tuesday and arrived in NS on friday... what's up with that?

Terrible attitude on the person who deals with packages, somehow every time I get something shipped here they can’t find it. My wife went in at 450 after work and was told she couldn’t pick up a package until 530.
